Claims (10)
- 비스무트롤 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐 0.01~0.5중량%, 납을 0.01~0.5중량%, 나머지부분이 수반 불순물인 철을 1ppm이하함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 비스무트롤 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.005~0.5중량%, 나머지부분이 수반 불순물인 철을 1ppm이하함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 납을 0,001~0.5중량%및 비스무트, 알루미늄, 칼슘로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함계 0~1.0중량%, 나머지 부분이 수반불순물인 철을 1ppm이하 함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 칼슘을 0.005~0.5중량%, 비스무트롤 0.01~0.5중량%및 알루미늄을 0~0.5중량%, 나머지부분이 수반 불순물인 철을 1ppm이하함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 납을 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐을 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.01~0.5중량%및 알루미늄을 0~0.5중량%, 나머지부분이 수반 불순물인 철을 1ppm이하함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 납을 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐을 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.01중량% 미만 및 알루미늄을 0.01~0.5중량%, 나머지부분이 수반 불순물인 철을 1ppm이하함유한 아연으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말.
- 철을 1ppm이하 함유한 전해석리아연과, 하기 ①~⑥ : ①비스무트를 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐 0.01~0.5중량%, 납을 0.01~0.5중량%, ②비스무트를 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐을 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.005~0.5중량%, ③납을 0.01~0.5중량% 및 비스무트, 알루미늄, 칼슘으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함계 0~1.0중량%, ④칼슘을 0.005~0.5중량%, 비스무트를 0.01~0.5중량% 및 알루미늄을 0.05중량%, ⑤납을 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐을 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.01~0.5중량% 및 알루미늄을 0~0.5중량%, ⑥납을 0.01~0.5중량%, 인듐을 0.01~0.5중량%, 칼슘을 0.01중량%미만 및 알루미늄을 0.01~0.5중량%, 의 어느 것인지의 함유비율이 되도록, 상기 첨가원소를 용해하고, 이 용량을 직접분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수반불순물인 철을 1ppm이하 함유하는 무수은화알칼리전지용 아연합금분말의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용해 및 분무분위기속의 철함유량이 0.009㎎/㎥이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지용아연합금분말의 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 얻게된 분무분말을 자력선별러는 것을 특징으로 한 알칼리전지용아연합금분말의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항~제6항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 아연합금분말을 마이너스전극활성물질로서 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
