Description

입자상 함수겔상 중합체 및 흡수성 수지의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명 실시예에서 사용한 중합장치의 개략정면도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면도이고, 제3도는 본 발명 실시예에서 사용한 건조장치의 플로우시이트도이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 가교구조를 갖는 함수 겔상 중합체를 45∼90℃의 온도에서 가온하고 공경 6.5∼18mm의 구멍을 갖는 다공판을 통해 압출시킴을 특징으로 하는 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 함수 겔상 중합체가 평균 입자경 0.5∼3mm의 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체임이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 함수 겔상 중합체의 가온 온도가 50∼70℃인 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가교구조를 갖는 함수 겔상 중합체가 (메타)아크릴산, 그의 알칼리금속염 또는 암모늄염 및 (메타)아크릴아미드로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 단량체(A)를 주성분으로 하는 단량체 조성(I)과, 이 단량체 조성(I)에 대하여 분자대에 중합성 2중결합을 2개 이상 갖는 가교성 단량체(B) 0.001∼50몰%를 중합시켜서 얻는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단량체(A)에 대한 상기 가교결합 단량체(B)의 비가 0.01∼10몰%인 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 함수 겔상 중합체가 40∼90중량%의 함수율을 갖는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 함수 젤상 중합체가 50∼82중량%의 함수율을 갖는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 다공판이 25%이상의 개공율을 갖는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 다공판이 30∼90%의 개공율을 갖는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 다공판이 8∼15mm의 공경을 갖는 것이 특징인 입자상 함수 겔상 중합제의 제조방법.
  11. 가교구조를 갖는 함수 겔상 중합체를 45∼90℃에서 가온하고, 가열된 함수 겔상 중합체를 6.5∼18mm의 공경을 갖는 다공판을 통해 압출하여 얻어진 입자 함수 겔상 중합체를 건조함을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체를 적어도 80∼250℃의 온도에서 수증기를 함유하며, 노점이 50∼80℃인 기체를 노출시켜 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 함수 겔상 중합체가 0.5∼3mm의 평균 입자경을 갖는 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체인것이 특징인 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 가교구조를 갖는 함수 겔상 중합체가 (메타) 아크릴산, 그의 알칼리금속염 또는 암모늄염 및 (메타)아크릴아미드로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 단량체(A)를 주성분으로 하는 단량체 조성(I)과, 이 단량체 조성(I)에 대하여 분자내에 중합성 이중 결합을 적어도 2개 이상 갖는 가교성 단량체(B)0.001∼50몰%를 중합시켜서 얻어진 것이 특징인 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 함수 겔상 중합체가 40∼90중량%의 함수율을 갖는 것이 특징인 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 다공판이 25% 이상의 개공율을 갖는 것이 특징인 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 건조 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체를 다시 해쇄 또는 분쇄함을 특징으로 하는 흡수성수지의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 롤밀로 해쇄 또는 분쇄함을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
