제1도는 본 발명의 각 실시예에 따른 백색 발광 형광체의 색도점을 CIE색도도에 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 청색 발광 형광체와 황색 발광 형광체를 혼합하여 이루어진 백색 발광 형광체에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광형광체는 ZnS계 형광체이고, 상기 황색 발광형광체는 CaS계 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZnS기 형광체와 상기 CaS계 형광체의 혼합비가 1 : 9 내지 5 : 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZnS계 형광체는 ZnS : Ag, ZnS : Ag, Cl 및 ZnS : Ag, Ga 형광체 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 형광체.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 ZnS계 형광체의 Ag부활제 첨가량은 2내지 20000ppm, Ga부활제 첨가량은 1 내지 10000ppm이고 Cl부활제의 첨가량은 1 내지 10000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, CaS계 형광체는 (Ca1-x, Mgx) S : Mn, Ce(0≤X≤0.5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 (Ca1-x, Mgx) S : Mn, Ce형광체의 Mn부활제 첨가량은 100 내지 20000ppm이고, Ce부활제 첨가량은 10 내지 20000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 형광체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
