Claims (4)

  1. 약 0.1 내지 2%의 니클로사미드, 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 200, 400, 800 및 1000으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 폴리 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는, 쉬스토소마(Schistosoma)에 의한 감염을 방지하기 위한 국소적용 침투방지 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌 글리콜, 알콜 및 물을 추가로 포함하는 국소적용 침투방지 제제.
  3. (a) 약 0.1 내지 약2%의 니클로사미드, (b) 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 200, 400, 800 및 1000으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 약 20내지 25%의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, (c) 약 40내지 55%의 프로필렌 글리콜 또는 글리세린, (d) 약 20 내지 30%의 에탄올 또는 이소프로판올, 및 (e) 약 0.1 내지 약 10%의 물을 포함하는 니클로사미드의 국소적용 침투방지 제제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, (a) 1%의 니클로사미드 (b) 24%의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 400, (c) 49%의 프로필렌 글리콜, (d) 25%의 에탄올, 및 (e) 1%의 물을 포함하는 국소적용 침투방지 제제.
