수지성형품 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제조방법을 실행하는 성형 장치를 간단하게 나타낸 단면이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 4의 제품과 비교예 4의 제품을 보온성으로 비교한 것이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예 2의 성형품 및 비교예 3의 성형품 각각의 단면을 나타내는 사진이고,
제4도는 본 발명의 실시예 4의 성형품 및 비교예 4의 성형품 각각의 단면을 나타내는 사진이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 중심-층 수지의 외측을 표면-층 수지로 감싸 넣은 2중 구조를 갖는 수지 성형품으로 적어도 중심층의 공극률이 30~80%의 범위로 발포한 수지층으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심층이 솜모양으로 발포된 성형품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심층이 경석모양으로 발포된 성형품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심-층 수지 대 표면-층 수지의 중량비가 50:50 ~ 10:90의 범위에 있는 성형품.
  5. 가열 용융한 발포제를 함유한 중심-층 수지 및 발포제를 함유하지 않는 유사하게 용융된 표면-층 수지를 성형용 장치에 충전한 후 중심-층 수지에 가한 압력을 감압하므로서 성형용 장치내에서 중심-층 수지를 발포하고 성형용 금형내에 표면-층 수지를 사출하여 연속해서 또는 동시에 중심-층 수지를 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 성형품의 제조방법.
  6. 가열 용융한 발포제를 함유하는 중심-층 수지 및 발포제를 함유하는 유사하게 용융된 표면-층 수지를 가스체에 의해 미리 가압된 상태를 유지시킨 성형용 금형내에 전술한 제5항에 따른 방법에 의해 사출하여 사출바로 후에 상기 동공 내부에 있는 가스 압력을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 성형품의 제조방법.
