Claims (1)

  1. 어육을 칩는 또는 바 형태로 전분으로 전처리하고 -20°내지 -40℃ 온도로 10분내에 급속동결한 것을 온도 80-120℃, 진공도 5-100㎜Hg의 감압상태에서 프라잉 (Frying)시킴으로서 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 스낵형 어육맛살제품의 제조방법.
