Claims (2)

  1. (a)전체 중합체에 대해 5내지 40중량%인, 중량평균 분자량이 3000내지 30000이며 산가가 0.5 내지 10mgKOH/g, OH가 10내지 60mgKOH/g인 동시에 1종 이상의 방향족 디올 성분 및 1종 이상의 지방족 디올 성분을 사용한 폴리에스테르 공중합체, (b)전체 중합체에 대한 60내지 95중량%인 비닐계 단량체, 및 (c)전체 중합체에 대해 0.1내지 1.0중량%인 디빈계 단량체를 현탁 중합시켜 수득하고 유리전이온도가 40내지 70℃, 산가가 0.1 내지 10mgKOH/g이며 염화온도가 100내지 160℃임을 특징으로 하는 토너용 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐계 단량체(b)속에 폴리 에스테르 공중합체(a)에 대해 1내지 30중량%인 메타크릴산 글리시딜 성분이 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 토너용 수지 조성물.
