제1도는 전기 컨넥터의 제1실시예의 암소켓을 도시한 평면도, 제2도는 제1도의 라인 2-2를 따라 절취하여 도시한 전기 컨넬터의 암 소켓을 도시한 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 라인 3-3을 따라 절취하여 도시한 전기 컨넥터의 암 소켓을 도시한 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 하우징(4)내에 좁고 일정한 피치로 배열된 다수의 암 단자(3)을 갖고 있는 암소켓(2a), 및 하우징(6)내에 좁고 일정한 피치로 배열된 다수의 수 단자(5)를 갖고 있는 수 플러그(2b)를 포함하는 보드 대보드 전기 컨넥터(2)에 있어서, 상기 암·수 단자들이, 상기 암 소켓과 수 플러그가 결합될 때 서로 접촉되도록 접촉면(7a, 및 7b)를 각각 갖고 있고, 상기 암·수 단자들의 접촉면(7a, 및 7b)가, 상기 암·수 단자들이 스탬프되는 금속판의 두께와 동일한 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암 단자(3)이 상기 암 소켓(2a)의 하우징(4)내에 형성된 슬롯(8a)내에 삽입되고, 각각의 슬롯의 대향 측벽(11 및 12)가 암 단자가 좌우로 움직이는 것을 방지하며, 상기 수 단자(5)가 상기 수 플러그(2b)의 하우징(6)내에 형성되는 슬롯(8b)내에 삽입되고, 각각의 슬롯의 대향 측벽(11 및 12)가 수단자를 좌우로 움직이는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 수 단자 슬롯(8b)가, 수 단자가 수 단자내의 각각의 슬롯의 측벽을 지나 수 단자 폭의 1/2이상 돌출할 수 있도록 설계되고; 각각의 상기 슬롯(8a)가, 상기 암 소켓과 수 플러그가 결합되지 않을 때 암 단자가 상기 슬롯 상단 연부에 꼭 맞아서 평평해 질 정도의 깊이를 갖도록 설계되며; 상기 슬롯 측벽을 지나 돌출되는 상기 수 단자의 돌출부가, 상기 암 소켓과 수 플러그가 결합될 때 암 단자가 슬롯내로 유연하게 끼워지게 함으로써 대응하는 암 단자 슬롯으로 삽입할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 암단자(3)이 상기 암 소켓의 하우징내로 삽입-성형되고 각각의 상기 수 단자(5)가 상기 수 플러그의 하우징내에 삽입-성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 암 단자가 캔틸레버된 부분을 가지며, 그 캔틸레버된 부분의 자유 단이 결합하는 수 단자와 먼저 접촉할 수 있도록 하는 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 암 단자가 수 단자의 접촉면을 향해 연장하는 암 단자의 접촉면의 연장 부분을 갖고 있고, 상기 연장부분이 상기 암 단자의 자유 단 근처에 배치되므로, 상기 연장 부분이 단지 상기 수 단자와 접촉하게 되는 상기 암 접촉면 부분일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드 대 보드 전기 컨넥터.
