제1도는 정밀여과법에 의한 벌꿀과즙음료 제조공정이다.
Claims (8)
- 벌꿀과 과즙을 함께 또는 단독으로 정수와 혼합하여 희석한 다음 2-15비아의 입력과 4- 30℃의 온도로 공극크기 0.1- 5.0㎛의 고분자 정밀여과막을 통과시켜 벌꿀 및 과즙유래 침전물을 제거한 후 통상의 방법으로 음료를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 정밀여과막의 재질이 폴리술폰, 플루오르폴리머의 하나이고 비대칭 복합막 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과즙을 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벌꿀을 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과당과 유기산도 함께 혼합하여 희석시키는 것을 특징으로하는 음료제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벌꿀과 정수, 과즙과 정수를 별도로 혼합, 희석한 후 여과시켜서 두가지의 여과액을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
- 제3항, 제4항, 제6항에 있어서, 벌꿀 또는 과즙을 10- 20Brix로 희석시키는 것을 특징으로하는 음료제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 혼합액을 10- 15Brix로 희석시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
