막분리 기술을 이용한 음료 제조방법

제1도는 정밀여과법에 의한 벌꿀과즙음료 제조공정이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 벌꿀과 과즙을 함께 또는 단독으로 정수와 혼합하여 희석한 다음 2-15비아의 입력과 4- 30℃의 온도로 공극크기 0.1- 5.0㎛의 고분자 정밀여과막을 통과시켜 벌꿀 및 과즙유래 침전물을 제거한 후 통상의 방법으로 음료를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 정밀여과막의 재질이 폴리술폰, 플루오르폴리머의 하나이고 비대칭 복합막 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과즙을 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벌꿀을 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과당과 유기산도 함께 혼합하여 희석시키는 것을 특징으로하는 음료제조방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벌꿀과 정수, 과즙과 정수를 별도로 혼합, 희석한 후 여과시켜서 두가지의 여과액을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
  7. 제3항, 제4항, 제6항에 있어서, 벌꿀 또는 과즙을 10- 20Brix로 희석시키는 것을 특징으로하는 음료제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 혼합액을 10- 15Brix로 희석시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료제조방법.
