Claims (10)

  1. 공기 부유 박테리아를 박막 필터 표면상에 수집하기 위하여 다수의 작은 구멍을 가지며 홀더내에 수용된 매체-흡수 패드상에 제공된 박막 필터를 통하여 15cm/sec 이하의 박막 통과 속도와 100mmHg 이하의 일정 트랜스멤브레인 압력하에서 흡입 펌프 수단에 의해 공기의 체적을 통과시키는 단계와, 상기 홀더내에 수용된 매체-흡수 패드 안으로 매체를 주입하는 단계와, 수집된 박테리아를 배양하는 단계와, 상기 박막 필터 표면상에 생성된 콜로니 갯수를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 공기 부유 박테리아 측정 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기의 체적은 상기 박막 필터를 수평으로 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기의 체적은 상기 박막 필터를 수평으로 통과하고, 트랜스멤브레인 압력은 압축과 복귀를 연속적으로 반복하는 적어도 2세트의 다이아프램 펌프의 조합에 의하여 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 상부에 공기 입구와 하부에 공기 출구가 장착되고 다수의 작은 구멍을 가지는 박막 필터를 수용하는 홀더와, 상기 홀더의 공기 출구가 고정될 수 있는 공기 흡입 포트를 갖고 박막 필터를 통해 공기를 흡입하는 펌프 수단과, 일정 시간동안 상기펌프 수단을 구동시키는 타이머 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 부유 박테리아 측정 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 박막 필터는 매체-흡수 패드상에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 수단은 15cm/sec 이하의 박막 통과 속도와 100mmHg 이하의 일정한 트랜스멤브레인 압력하에서 박막 필터를 통하여 공기를 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 박막 필터가 장착된 홀더는 마루에서 수직하게 0.5 내지 1.5m의 높이로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 수단은 다이아프램 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 한쌍의 다이아프램이 왕복 가동축의 양단부에 설치되고, 상기 왕복 가동축의 행정은 상기 쌍의 다이아프램을 교대로 압축 및 복귀를 반복시키는 것은 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 수단은 압축시에 개방되고 복귀시에 폐쇄되는 체크 밸브가 제공된 공기 배출 포트와 압축시에 폐쇄되고 복귀시에 개방되는 체크 밸브가 제공된 공기 흡입 포토를 각각 갖는 적어도 2개의 다이아프램 펌프를 포함하며,상기 다이아프램의 공기 흡입 포트는 상기 홀더의 공기 출구가 그 내부에 끼워질수 있는 공기 흡입 포트를 갖는 연결 파이프에 의하여 연결되며 다이아프램에 의하여 압축과 복귀의 연속적인 반복에 의하여 공기를 연속적으로 흡입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
