제1도는 폐쇄상태를 나타낸 것으로 본 발명의 발명자에 의해 이미 제안됐던 가스차단기의 단면도, 제2도와 3도는 차단동작의 초기단계와 중간단계를 각각 도시한 것으로 제1도의 가스 차단기의 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 고정접점부와 가동접점부로 이루어지고 서로 상대적으로 분리가능한 한쌍의 접점과, 가스흐름을 돕기위하여 상기 접점을 에워싸는 전기절연 물질로 된 절연노즐과 상기 가동접점과 상기 절연노즐과 함께 단일체를 형성하고 상기 접점들의 분리동작에 협력하여 가스를 압축하기 위한 퍼퍼챔버를 형성하는 실린더와, 상기 퍼퍼챔버에서 상기 절연노즐로 상기 가스를 흐르게하고 상기 가동접점부의 공동부분을 통하는 배기통로를 통해 가스를 배출하기 위하여 상기 실린더에 상기가스를 접촉시키고 상기 접점부의 상기 분리동작과 협력하여 상기 퍼퍼챔버에서 상기 가스를 압축시키는 배기가스 가이드로 이루어진 가스차단기에 있어서, 상기 피퍼챔버와 상기 가동접점부 사이에 형성된 상기 배기통로와 가스흐름의 하류면에 위치한 상기 배기통로의 단부에 형성된 배기구는 접점부 종지시간과 가동접점부와 상기 고정접점부가 초기상태에서 분리되는 시간사이에 상기 배기가스 가이드의 단부를 통해 가스스페이스로 열리고, 초기상태 동안은 닫히고 가스차단동작의 중간단계에서는 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 가이드가 현재의 가스실드판으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스실드판은 배기구를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 가이드는 상기 퍼퍼챔버로부터 상기 가스를 방출하기 위한 배기구를 구성하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  5. 고정접점부와 가동접점부로 구성되고, 서로 상대적으로 분리될 수 있는 한쌍의 접점부와, 가스의 흐름을 안내하기 위해 상기 접점부를 둘러싼 전기적 절연물질로 된 절연노즐과, 상기 가동접점부와 상기 절연노즐이 함께 단일몸체를 형성하고 동작샤프트를 지니고 상기 접점부의 분리동작과 협력하여 가스를 압축하기 위한 퍼퍼챔버를 형성하는 실린더와 상기 실린더에 가스가 새지않도록 연결한 배기가스 가이드와 배기가스 가이드에 연결되고 상기 작동샤프트의 축방향의 상기 고정접점부에 반대방향으로 놓여진 원뿔부와 상기 동작샤프트의 작동을 안내하고 상기 퍼퍼챔버에서 상기 절연노즐로 상기 가스를 흐르게 하고 상기 가동접점부의 동공부를 통하는 배기 통로를 통해 상기 가스를 방출하기 위해 상기 접점부의 상기 분리동작으로 압축된 상기 퍼퍼챔버로부터의 가스를 안내하기 위한 중공원뿔형 퍼퍼피스톤으로 이루어진 가스차단기에 있어서, 상기 배기통로가 상기 퍼퍼챔버와 상기 가동접점부사이에서 이루어짐과 가스흐름의 하류면에 위치한 상기 배기통로의 단부에 형성된 배기구가 접점부 종지시간과 상기 접점부와 상기 고정접점부가 초기단계에서 분리되는 시간사이에 상기 배기가스 가이드의 단부를 통해 가스스페이스로 열리고 초기상태동안에는 닫히고 회로차단동작의 중간단계에서는 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 가이드가 가스실드 한개의 판으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가스가이드는 배기구를 구성하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 가이드가 상기 배기통로를 통해 상기 퍼퍼챔버로부터 상기 가스를 방출하기 위한 배기구로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스차단기.
