Claims (26)

  1. 혼합된 아디페이트나 (a) 하나이상의 C4-C9알킬알콜과 (b) 하나이상의 시클로(C4-C10)알콜을 (a)와 (b)를 중량부로 하여 100부당 (a)10-90중량부 (b)90-10중량부로 하여 만들어진 순수하고 혼합된 아디페이트 혼합물로서 가소화된 폴리비닐 부틸알수지를 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜, n-헥산올 또는 2-메틸펜탄올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 n-헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1,2,3,4항에 있어서, 시클로알콜은 시클로펜탄올, 시클로헥산올, 시클로헵탄올 또는 시클로헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 시클로알콜은 시클로헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리비닐부틸알의 무게평균분자량은 약 200,000-300,000이며, 폴리비닐 아세테이트로 계산된 에스텔기가 0-3wt%, 폴리비닐알콜로 계산된 수산기가 15-25wt% 포함되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아디페이트 혼합물은 수지 100부당 25-40부로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, (a)와 (b) 100부당 (a)와 (b)의 중량부 비율은 다음과 같음을 특징으로 하는 조성물. a) 30-80 b) 70-20
  10. 혼합된 아디페이트 또는 a) C4-C9로된 하나이상의 알킬알콜과 (b) (C4-C10)로된 하나이상의 시클로알콜을 (a)와 (b)의 비율을 (a)와 (b)의 중량부 100부당 (a)가 10-90부, (b)를 90-10부로 하여 만들어진 순수하고 혼합된 아디페이트의 혼합물로 가소화된 적층유리용 폴리비닐부틸알 중간층.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜, n-헥산올 또는 2-메틸펜탄올임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 n-헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  14. 제10,11,12,13항에 있어서, 시클로알콜은 시클로헥산올, 시클로헵탄올 또는 시클로옥탄올임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 알콜은 시클로헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리비닐부틸알의 무게평균분자량은 약 200,000-300,000이며, 폴리비닐 아세테이트로 계산된 에스텔화기 0-3wt%, 폴리비닐알콜로 계산된 수산기가 15-25wt% 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 아디페이트 혼합물은 수지 100부당 25-40부로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, (a)와 (b)의 100부당 (a)와 (b)의 중량부의 비는 a) 30-80 b) 70-20임을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
  19. 포화시클로(C4-C10)알콜을 사용하여 제조된 순수하거나 혼합된 아디페이트를 색을 안정화시키는 양으로 아디페이트 조성물에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 아디페이트 조성물로 가소화된 폴리비닐부틸알 중간층의 UV빛에 대한 색 안정도를 증가시키는 방법.
  20. 시클로(C4-C10)알콜을 이러한 알킬 아디페이트를 사용하여 제조된 순수하거나 또는 혼합된 포화한 아디페이트를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 알킬 아디페이트로 가소화된 폴리비닐 부틸알 중간층의 모서리 안정도를 향상시키는 방법.
  21. 혼합된 아디페이트나 (a) 하나이상의 C4-C9알킬알콜과 (b) 하나이상의 시클로알콜(C4-C10)을, (a)와 (b)를 중량부로 하여 (a),(b)중량부 100부당 (a)10-90중량부 (b)90-10중량부로 하여 만들어진 순수하고 혼합된 아디페이트 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜, n-헥산올 또는 2-메틸펜탄올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 에틸헥실알콜임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 알킬알콜은 n-헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  25. 제21,22,23,24항에 있어서, 시클로알콜은 시클로펜탄올, 시클로헥산올, 시클로헵탄올 또는 시클로옥탄올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 시클로알콜은 시클로헥산올임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
