Claims (6)

  1. (Ⅰ) 99 내지 1 중량%의 프로필렌중합체, (Ⅱ) 1 내지 99중량%의 비닐중합체, 및 (Ⅲ) 상기수지 (Ⅰ)+(Ⅱ) 100주어량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 100중량부의 다상구조의 열가소성수지로 구성되며, 상기 다상구조의 열가소성수지는 5 내지 95중량%의 프로필렌중합체와 적어도 1종의 비닐단량체로 부터 제조된 95 내지 5중량%의 비닐중합체 또는 공중합체로 구성되는 그라프트공중합체로서, 두 성분중 하나는 0.001 내지 10㎛의 입경을 갖는 분산상으로 구성되고, 상기 그라프트공중합체는 프로필렌중합체의 입자중에서, 적어도 1종의 비닐단량체를 공중합시켜서 제조한 그라프트중합전구체(A)와 하기일반식(a)또는 (b) 로 표시되는 적어도 1종의 라디칼중합성유기과산화물을 용융 및 혼련시켜서 제조한 것인 열가소성수지조성물:
    상기식중, R1은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알킬기이고, R2 및 R7은 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸기이며, R6은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고,R3,R4,R8및 R9는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이며, R5 및 R10 은 각각 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 페닐기, 알킬치환페닐기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 12의 12의 시클로알킬기이고, m은 1 또는 2이며, n은 0,1 또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다상구조의 열가소성수지중의 비닐중합체 또는 공중합체의 평균중합도가 5 내지 10,000인 열가소성수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐단량체가 비닐방향족 단량체, 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트 단량체, 아크릴로 니트릴 및 메타크릴로 니트릴, 단량체, 및 비닐에스테르 단량체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비닐단량체인 열가소성수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌중합체가 75중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 포함하는 결정성중합체 또는 공중합체인 열가소성수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물 (Ⅰ)+(Ⅱ)+(Ⅲ) 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 100중량부 분량의 열가소성탄성체(Ⅳ)가 혼합되는 열가소성수지조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물 (Ⅰ)+(Ⅱ)+(Ⅲ) 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 150중량부 분량의 무기충진제가 혼합되는 열가소성수지조성물.
