Description

Manufacturing method of polyester plated with metal plating

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a metal-plated polyester paper used in a screen filter for shielding electromagnetic waves.

Recently, as electromagnetic waves generated from electronic devices are known to adversely affect the body and peripheral devices, polyester screen filters for shielding or absorbing electromagnetic waves have been developed, but conventional electromagnetic shielding Polyester forge is resin-processed, known as Japanese Patent Application No. 40-27400, susceptible to Sn, activated with Pd and plated in Ni plating solution to give electroconductivity. It is difficult to use for screen filter that requires light transmission, and it is plated on resin without etching, so the durability of plating metal is poor, and it is easy to be oxidized by air or moisture because it is not processed after plating metal. Pd used in the activation process is not only expensive but also has high adhesion In the case where the adhesive is weak and adhered to a forge less etched, there is a problem in that Pd is removed from the washing solution and the plating is hardly performed at the time of washing.

In order to prevent this, it is possible to prevent the dropping of Pd, but instead, the heavily etched forge decreases its strength and form stability, and the plating solution decomposes even if only a small amount of Pd is removed from the forge during plating. There is a tricky flaw.

In addition, by treating the polyester forage to a solution of an organometallic compound containing Pd dissolved in an organic solvent to form a Pd-containing complex by the organometallic compound, and then evaporated the organic solvent, followed by ordinary electroless plating ( U.S. Patent No. 4493861) There is a method of providing conductivity, but the problem of harmfulness caused by the use of organic solvent occurs, the Pd-containing complex produced by the organometallic compound solution instead of the susceptibility by Sn after the etching and the activation by Pd is constant. If the coating liquid does not have the adhesive strength of more than the degree is removed by water washing or put into the plating liquid without washing with water, there is a defect of decomposing during plating reaction to decompose the plating liquid.

The inventors of the present invention made a polyelectromagnetic screen filter for shielding electromagnetic waves, which has been made to solve such drawbacks, by using silver which is an activating agent that has strong adhesion but does not decompose a liquid even in a plating solution, and then plated and treated with acrylic resin. The electromagnetic wave shielding screen filter which is excellent in electromagnetic wave shielding property and durability is reduced, without reducing the etching of an iron and reducing the strength.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The present invention is applied to forge made of polyester fiber yarn.

Forged fabrics made of ordinary polyester yarn are reduced by 10-14% with 4g / l caustic soda solution in the etching process to form unevennesses that can bring the pretreatment to the surface of the fiber and increase the contact area.

The treated pores were immersed in a susceptible bath composed of SnCl 2 containing H 2 + ions, HCl and pH buffer, infiltrating Sn ++ ions into the fiber, and then washed with water and Sn + attached to the fiber surface. + After removing ions, they are immersed in an activation bath composed of AgNO 3 and NH 4 OH containing Ag ions and a reducing agent.

In this case, Ag ++ ions and Sn ++ ions react with each other to form Ag metal in the fiber.

The polyester forge having irregularities formed on the treated surface is reacted by Ag as a plating catalyst as shown in the following formula (2) when treated in the following conventional electroless plating bath to precipitate and form a film such as Ni and Cu on the fiber. Metal-plated wrapping paper is completed.

The composition of the preferred sensitive and active baths adapted to the present invention is as follows.

The metal-plated wrapping paper prepared as described above is weak in washing and abrasion resistance, and is easily oxidized by being exposed to air or moisture atmosphere, and is then heat-treated at 100 to 150 ° C after electrodeposition coating to a carbon-containing self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion resin solution. To form a thin protective film on the metal film.
