Claims (7)

  1. 하기식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 무기 또는 유기산과의 염.
    [상기식에서, Ar은 R1및 R2로 치환된 페닐기, 또는 헤테로환식 라디칼로서, 예를들면 메틸 또는 메토기로 치환 또는 비치환된 피리딜기, 또는 염소, 메틸 또는 메톡시로 치환 또는 비치환된 티에닐기를 나타내고, R1및 R2각각은 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 히드록실, C1∼C4알콕시 또는 C1∼C4알킬을 나타내고, R3은 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1∼C4알킬, C3∼C7시클로알킬, 벤질, 펜에틸 또는 Ar′라디칼을 나타내며, Ar′는 R1및 R2로 치환된 페닐이고, R4는 하기식의 기를 나타낸다.
    (식중에서, X는 수소 또는 메틸을 나타내고, R5는 직쇄 C1∼C6알킬기를 나타내고, R6은 직쇄 C1∼C6알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 R5및 R6은 이들이 부착된 질소 원자와 함께 모르폴린, 피롤리딘 또는 피페리딘에서 선택되는 헤테로환을 구성한다.)]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 염소, 히드록실 또는 메톡시로2-위치에 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐을 나타내고, R3는 페닐 또는 n-프로필이고, R5및 R6각각은 에틸을 나타내고, n은 0이고, x1=H임을 특징으로 하는 식(I)의 화합물 및 무기 또는 유기산과의 염.
  3. 3-(2-디에틸아미노-2-메틸프로필)아미노-6-페닐-5-프로필 피리다진아미 및 이의 염.
  4. 3-(2-디에틸아미노-2-메틸프로필)아미노-5,6-디페닐 피리다진아민 및 이의 염.
  5. 아민R4NH2를 하기식(Ⅱ)의 6-클로로피리다진과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라서, 이렇게 수득된 화합물을 그의 무기 또는 유기산과의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 무기 또는 유기산과의 염의 제조방법.

  7. 제6항에 있어서, 매 투여단위마다 0.5 내지 100㎎의 활성 성분을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
