- 후고 조질과 함께 최종 냉간 성형 및 급랭 경화전에 다음 조성(중량%)으로서 620-680℃의 온도에서 적어도 15시간동안 실질적으로 완전한 흑연화 처리를 수행하며,C 0.32 - 0.54%Mn 0.05 - 0.40%Si 0.41 - 1.5%Al 0.02 - 0.15%Cr 최대 0.05%S 최대 0.05%P 최대 0.03%N 최대 0.02%전량 철 및 불가피한 불순물반면에, 다음 조성으로 적어도 8시간동안 아닐링을 지속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열압연 또는 냉간압연 열처리 가능한 강의 냉간 성형성을 개선방법.C 0.55 - 1.3%Mn 0.20 - 0.30%Si 0.41 - 0.90%Al 0.02 - 0.15%Cr 최대 0.05%S 최대 0.010%P 최대 0.03%N 최대 0.02%잔량 철 불가피한 불순물
