Claims (3)

  1. 탄성부재가 가공될 파이프로 삽입되고 적어도 한측에서 가압되어 상기 파이프의 원주상에 환형 팽창부를 형성하게끔 방사상으로 팽창되며, 상기 파이프의 원주 주위에 배치된 펀치와 척은 상기 환형 팽창부로 부터 주름을 형성하도록 서로에 대해 축방향으로 이동되는 주름파이프 제조장치에 있어서, 베드의 상부면을 따라 축방향으로 자유롭게 이동하도록 상기 베드위에 유지되고 있고 원주상에 상기 파이프를 지지하도록 되어 있는 제1 및 제2 맨드렐과; 상기 맨드렐을 상기 축방향으로 구동하는 제1 구동수단과; 상기 제1 및 제2맨드렐의 전단면들 사이와 상기 파이프에 배치되어 있는 탄성부재와; 펀치와 척을 가동시키는 제2구동수단 및; 척과 펀치를 상기 축선의 동심 평면상에서 축방향으로 안내하는 안내수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름파이프 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은 상기 척과 펀치용으로 구비되어 있으며 서로에 대해 접해있는 면들을 갖고 있는 동심슬리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름파이프 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 동심 슬리브는 성형될 주름파이프의 외경과 대체로 동일한 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름파이프 제조방법.
