축조된 교각(1)상부로 슬라브 콘크리트 타설을 위해 거푸집(8)을 설치하기 위한 수단으로 일정구간에 축조된 교각(1)직상부로 구조물 작업에서 일반적으로 피시-빔 혹은 티이-빔을 빔지보체(3)로 채택하게되는데 빔지 보체(3)를 제작시 일정간격을 두고 다수의 타이로드(2)가 노출되게 매립하여 제작한 것을 교각(1)의 상부에 빔지보체(3)을 올려놓은 상태에서든 혹은 지상에서 빔지보체(3)에 노출되어진 타이로드(2)에 타원형구멍(4a)을 통한 받침형성(4)과 조립공(5a)을 통한 밀착부재(5)및 각각의 타이로드(2)에 파이프잭(6)을 순차끼워 맞춰 고정너트(7)를 조임하여 빔지보체(3)의 타이로드(2)에 받침형강(4), 말착부재(5), 파이프잭(6)을 순차적으로 고정장착 완료한후 교각(1)상부로 다수의 빔지보체(3)를 나열배치하여 근접된 빔지보체(3)간의 받침형강(4)의 상면으로 도면 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 거푸집(8)을 안착시키게 되는데 이때 안착시킨 거푸집(8)의 수평정도에 따라 교량의 슬라브 콘크리트 타설상태가 결정되는 것으로 만약 소정위치가 낮거나 높은 상태로 거푸집(8)이 안착되었을 때 해당부위를 받치고 있는 받침형강(4)의 상하높이 조정이 요구되는 것으로서 빔지보체(3)에 돌출형성된 타이로드(2)에 제반구조물을 조임하고 있는 고정너트(7)를 약간 느슨하게 해제시킨 상태에서 파이프잭(6)의 보디(6d)하단에 성형된 나하올(6e)에 체결되어진 조절볼트(6f)을 좌, 우 회전시키므로서 조절볼트(6f)와 나사홈(6e)이 상호간 나사체결에 의해 되었기때문에 승하강하게 되므로서 이동체(6c)가 타이로드(2)와 안내공(6a)의 안내를 받으면서 고정된 파이프잭(6)의 보디(6d)내에서 상하 이동하여 이동체(6c)상면에 접지되어 장착되어 있는 받침형강(4)이 상하 이동하므서 받침형강(4)상부로 안착된 거푸집(8)의 수평정도를 다수의 파이프잭(6)조정에 이해 정확한 거푸집(8) 수평상태를 조정할 수 있게되었고, 수평조절후 고정너트(7)를 완전히 조임하여 거푸집(8)의 설치를 완료할 수 있게 된것이며 또한, 본 고안의 기술수단을 적용실시 하므로서 슬라브 콘크리트 타설 완료후 거푸집(8)을 철거하고자 할때에는 조절볼트(6f)의 해제와 고정너트(7)의 단순한 해제 작업만으로 거푸집(8) 및 제반 구조물의 철거를 손쉽게 완료할수 있게 된것이다.As a means for installing the formwork (8) for slab concrete placement on top of the built piers (1), it is generally used to construct fish-beams or T-beams in the construction work.
