Claims (2)

  1. 정련처리해야할 면직물 포백을 가성소오다를 주로하는 정련일액속에 확포긴장상태로 반복 침지해서 1차정련을 행하고, 이어서 이 포백을 노우텐션으로 고열액속를 통과시켜서, 2차 정련하는 것을 특징으로하는 면직물포백의 연속정련방법.
  2. 포백을 연속적으로 이송통과시겨 처리실내의 포백도입구로 부터 포백도출구로 향해서, 상기 처리실내에 도입된 면직물 포백을 확포긴장상태로 이송가이드하기 위한 가이드로울군과, 이들 가이드로울군에 의해 이송되는 포백을 간헐적으로 정련 열액속에 반복 침지시키기 위한 정련열액조로 이루어진 1차정련수단과, 이 1차정련수단을 통과한 면직물포백을 흔들어 접은 상태 또한 노우텐션으로 고열액속을 통과시키는 고열액조 및 포백이송기구로 이루어진 2차 정련수단을 배설시키고있는 것을 특징으로하는 면직물포백의 연속정련장치.
