Claims (11)
- 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환체가 탄산염 환에 결합되어 있는 환식 탄산염을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 중합 발포물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 알킬렌 잔기의 탄소원자에 직접 또는 간접적으로 결합된 최소한의 하나의 활성 수소 함유 그룹 및 5- 또는 6-원환을 가지는 알킬렌 탄산염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 다음 구조식을 가지는 방법.식중, n은 1 또는 2, 및 각 R은 모든 R이 H가 아니라는 조건으로 H 또는 m이 0,1 또는 2이고, X가 OH, NH2, COOH 또는 SH인 -(CH2)m-X임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 글리세롤 탄산염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디아소시아네이트로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 상량체화 촉매 존재내에서 환식 탄산염과 반응시켜 폴리이소시이누레이트 발포물을 얻는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리우레탄 발포물을 만드는 폴리올 및 환식 탄산염과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 3차 아민 및/또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속 카복실레이트로 이루어진 촉매작용을 하기에 효과적인 양의 촉매 존재내에서 행해지는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매가 아세트산 칼륨으로 이루어지는 방법.
- a)폴리올 및 b)글리세롤 및 글리세롤 카보네이트로 이루어진 조성물 이외의, 탄산염 환에 결합되어 있는 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환체를 가지는 환식 탄산염으로 이루어진 폴리올 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 1-60중량%의 환식 탄산염을 함유하는 폴리올 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
