Claims (19)

  1. 지르코니아로 만들어지고 또한 실온에서 약 12중량% 내지 80중량%의 지르코니아가 단사형 상(phase)이고 그 나머지는 등방형 상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹체로 구성된 고온 응용분야에 이용한 세라믹체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 지르코니아 웨브(web)로 둘러싸인 다수의 상호연결 공극이 있는 개방구 구조를 특징으로 하는 세라믹체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용융금속을 여과하기 위한 필터로 구성된 세라믹체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가마-부속으로 된 세라믹체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 실온에서 약 15% 내지 28%의 지르코니아가 단사형 상이고 나머지는 등방형 상으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체.
  6. 약 25중량% 내지 98중량%의 단사형 지르코니아, 약 0.5중량% 내지 5중량%의 안정화물질, 또한 약 10중량%의 결합체를 물질로된 고체함량의 수성 요변성(thixotropic)슬러리를 제조하고; 다공성 체를 슬러리 속에 담가 함침하고; 함침시킨 다공성체를 건조하고, 또한 높은 온도에서 이 다공성체를 가열하여 최소한 부분적으로 지르코니아를 안정화하고 세라믹체를 제조하는 것으로된 고온 저항성 세라믹체 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 가열단계가 다공성체을 약 15분 내지 10시간 동안 약 1500℃내지 1700℃로 가열하고 그결과로 실온에서 약 12중량% 내지 65중량%의 단사형 상지르코니아와 35중량% 내지 88중량%의 등방형 지르코니아로 된 세라믹체를 제조하는 것인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 잇어서, 슬러리 형성단계가 단사형 지르코니아와 안정화 물질을 건조혼합하고 또한 이 건조혼합된 지르코니아 및 안정화물질에 수용액을 넣어 슬러리를 만드는 것인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 슬러리 형성단계가 또한, 약20℃ 내지 90℃의 온도에서 결합제 물질을 물에 분산시켜 수용액을 만들고; 이 수용액을 5분까지 혼합하고, 또한 이 혼합단계가 먼저 수용액을 건조 혼합된 지르코니아와 안정화 물질에 더하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 슬러리 형성단계가 또한, 이 슬러리를 1분 내지 30분간 교반하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 건조 혼합단계가 지르코니아를 마그네시아, 산화칼슘, 산화세륨, 산화티타늄 또한 그 혼합물 중에서 택한 물질과 혼합하는 것이고, 또한 분산단계는 전분, 검, 아세트산 마그네슘 또한 그 혼합물 중에서 선택한 물질을 물에 분산시키는 것인 방법.
  12. 약25중량% 내지 98중량%의 단사형 지르코니아, 약 0.5중량% 내지 5중량%의 안정화물질, 또한 약 10중량%의 결합제 물질로된 고체함량의 고온 저항성 세라믹체 제조에 사용할 수성 슬러리.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 약 20%의 단사형 지르코니아의 평균 입자 크기가 약 1㎛이하인 것으로 된 슬러리.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 약 50%의 단사형 지르코니아의 평균 입자 크기가 약 1㎛이하이고 나머지는 약 1㎛내지 50㎛의 범위인 것으로 된 슬러리.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 안정화 물질이 약 1500℃ 이상의 온도에서 지르코니아에 용해하고 녹색 결합제로 작용하는 것인 슬러리.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 안정화 물질이 마그네시아, 산화칼슘, 산화세륨, 산하티타늄과 그 혼합물중에서 선택하는 것으로 된 슬러리.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 결합제를 아세트산 마그네슘, 전분, 검 또한 그 혼합물중에서 선택하는 것으로 된 슬러리.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 동적점도가 약 20,000 센티포이즈(cp) 내지 40,000cp인 것으로 된 슬러리.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 단사형 지르코니아의 양이 약 60중량% 내지 98중량%이고 안정화 물질의 양이 약 2중량% 내지 5중량%인 것으로 된 슬러리.
