Claims (5)

  1. 균형 가압을 이용하며, 분말재료는 일시적 유기 접착제가 가해지고, 예비형성분말물(10)내로 형성되며, 그로 부터 접착제는 가열하에서 날려 보내지고, 그후 예비 형성물에는 통기성 유리매립재료(14)가 배치되고, 그 통기성 유리매립 재료는 가열에 의하여 불통기성으로 되며, 상기의 포위하는 불통기성 매립재료를 가지는 예비형성물에는 균형 가압이 가해지는 분말세라믹 재료로된 대상물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 접착제의 다량은 예비형성 분말물에 통기성 매립 재료가 설치되기 전에 제거되는 반면, 분말물과 함께 있을 필요가 있는 상기 접착제의 소량은 분말물내에 머물러 있고 상기 분말물에 포위의 통기성 매립 재료가 배치될때 대략 최소한 완전히 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 접착제는, 포위 매립 재료를 함유하는 분말물을 산화기체로 처리함으로써 통기성 매립재료(14)가 배치된 분말물(10)로 부터 제거됨을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1도는 2항에 있어서, 예비형성 분말물(10)에는, 통기성벽으로 된 용기(13)내에 유리입자들로 구성되는 매립재료비로 매립됨으로써 통기성 매립재료(14)가 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 통기성 벽을 가지는 용기(13)로서, 함께 소결된 유리입자들로 형성된 용기가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 동일한 종류의 유리가 매립 재료(14)에서 처럼 용기(13)에도 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
