제1도는 본 발명의 광학소자 연마방법을 실시하는 장치의 제1실시예의 구성 설명도.
제2도는 렌즈연마가공의 기본적 원리 설명도.
제3도는 본 발명에 관한 렌즈 연마기의 상대위치 제어장치를 표시한 블럭도.

Claims (7)

  1. 회전하는 연마공구 또는 피 가공렌즈면에 대하여 피가공렌즈, 또는 연마공구를 압압 지지부재에 의하여 압압함과 동시에, 요동시키면서 미끄럼 동작시켜서 렌즈를 연마가공함에 있어서, 가공을 끝낸 렌즈의 곡률반경을 측정하고, 이 곡률반경 측정치와 앞서의 가공렌즈의 곡률반경의 측정치와를 대비하여 곡률변화치를 구하고, 이 곡률변화치와 미리 설정된 곡률허용치등을 대비하여 곡률보정치를 결정하고, 이 결정곡률보정치에 의하여 상기 요동운동의 가공조건의 보정치를 결정하고, 이 가공조건 보정치에 따라서 가공조건을 조정하는 공정을 가진 광학소자 연마방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보정가공조건 결정 공정에 있어서, 지금까지의 가공조건과 곡률반경 변화율의 측정치등을 통계처리하여 상관하고, 이것에 의하여 가공조건을 결정하는 광학소자 연마방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공조건을 피 가공렌즈와 연마공구의 상대위치에 의하여 결정하도록 하는 광학소자 연마방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공조건을 요동운동중의 압압력변화에 따라 결정하는 광학소자 연마방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공조건을 요동운동중의 체류시간 변화에 따라 결정하는 광학소자 연마방법.
  6. 회전운동하는 연마공구(1) 또는 피 가공렌즈면에 대하여 피가공렌즈, 또는 연마공구(1)를 압압 지지부재에 의하여 압압지지하고, 요동운동을 시키면서 미끄럼 동작시켜서 연마가공을 실시하도록 한 렌즈연마기(11)에 있어서, 가공이 끝난 렌즈의 곡률반경을 측정하는 곡률측정수단(12)과, 이 곡률측정수단(12)에 의한 측정치와 앞서 가공렌즈의 곡률반경의 측정치등을 대비하여 곡률변화치를 구하는 곡률변화 산출수단(13)과, 이 곡률변화치에 미리 설정된 곡률허용치 등을 대비하여, 곡률보정치를 정하는 곡률보정치 결정수단(14)과, 이 곡률보정치에 의거, 상기 요동운동의 가공조건의 보정치를 정하는 보정가공조건 결정수단(15)과, 이 가공조건 보정치에 따라서 가공조건을 조정하는 가공조건 조정수단(16)을 구비한 광학소자 연마장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연마장치에 가공조건과 곡률반경변화율의 측정치와를 통계처리한 통계치를 차례로 기억하는 기능을 부가한 광학소자 연마방법.
