Claims (7)

  1. 임펠러(1)의 토출측에 대향 배치된 한쌍의 측벽(2), (3)사이에 형성되며, 임펠러(1)측의 입구부(5)로부터 유입한 유체를 스크로울(4)로 인도하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치(A)에 있어서, 유체의 출구부(7)에 유체의 동압이 정압으로 회복하는 부분을 기점(10)으로 스크로울(4)측으로 향하여 테이퍼 형상으로 통로폭을 좁힌 출구측 조임부(7a)를 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출구측 조임부(7a)의 최소의 통로폭(13)을, 해당출구측 조임부(7a)보다도 상류측의 통로폭(12)의 3/8이상이며 3/4이하로 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출구측 조임부(7a)의 기점(10)을 산기장치의 입구(5b)로부터 산기장치의 전체길이의 70%이상, 90%이하의 위치에 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 입구부(5)의 하류측으로 향하여 테이퍼 형상으로 통로폭을 좁힌 입구측 조임부(5a)의 최소의 통로폭을, 사양점 풍량에 따라서 임펠러(1)의 출구폭(11)의 75%이상, 95%이하로 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 스크로울(4)이 상기 한쌍의 측벽(2), (3)중의 한편의 측벽측으로 쏠린 상태로 형성되고 있으며, 상리 출구측 조임부(7a)가 상기 한편의 측벽을 통로측에 돌출시켜서 형성되고 있는 산기장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 측벽(2), (3)중의 적어도 출구측 조임부(7a)를 형성하는 부분에 통로폭을 조정 자유로운 가동측벽(8)을 설치하고 있으며, 해당 가동측벽(8)을 부하에 따라서 이동시키는 가동측벽 조작수단(9)을 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가동측벽 조작수단(9)이 날개 열림각이 작게 이루면 통로폭을 감소시키도록 가동측벽(8)을 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보 압축기의 산기장치.
