Claims (22)

  1. 필터엘리먼트(95), 개구단(84) 및 밀폐단(82)를 갖는 필터엘리먼트(95)용 하우징(30) 및 개구단(84)과 맞물리는 플라스틱 밀폐부재(100)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(100)와 상기 하우징(80)간의 원주둘레에 위치하여 그 사이에서 유체를 밀봉하게 하는 밀봉장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(80)이 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(100)가 상기 하우징(80)의 세로축에 대해 바깥쪽으로 각을 이루는 축을 각각 갖는 유입구(104)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유입구(104) 각각이 밀폐부재(100)를 관통하며, 똑바로 선 반원벽(108)과 안쪽으로 접하고 부채꼴 모양의 오목부(112)로 통하는 경사진 반원벽(110)과 바깥쪽으로 접하는 원형부(106)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유입구(104) 각각이 환상의 제1차 양각링(116)과 경계를 짓는 방사상립(114)에 의해 인접한 유입구(104)와 분리되며, 환상인 제1차 양각링(116)은 환상홈(118)의 바깥쪽으로 접하며, 환상의 제2차 양각링(120)의 바깥쪽으로 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(80)의 내부벽위에 형성되고 원주둘레에 공간을 갖는 제1차 플랜지(102) 세트 및 밀폐부재(100)위에 형성되고 원주둘레에 공간을 갖는 제2차 플랜지(206)세트를 포함하여, 하우징(80) 및 밀폐부재(100)를 맞물리게 하는 보완적인 상호 맞물림 고정장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(100)가 엔진에 스핀-온 부착되도록 나사구멍(102)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(100)가 엔진에 스핀-은 부착되도록 나사로 된 금속성 삽입물(130)을 받는 구멍(102)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 밀터엘리먼트(95)의 위치를 정하고 미리 적재하도록 하우징(80)의 밀폐단(82) 내부에 형성된 장치(92)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 렌치를 받도록 하우징(80)위에 형성된 장치(92)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(80)의 밀폐단(82) 외부에 형성되고, 각각 그안에 구멍이 있는 탭(88)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 밀폐부재(100)가 하우징(80)의 개구단(84)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(100)가 연결되어 작동하는 플라스틱 압력 릴리프 밸브(216), 압력릴리프 밸브에 연결된 플라스틱 향유출 백 밸브(218)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  15. 다음의 단계와 같이, 가. 하우징(80)위에 방사상으로 형성된 상호 맞물리는 고정장치가 있는 개구단(84) 및 밀폐단(82)을 갖는 하우징(80)을 만들고, 나. 하우징(80)위에 방사상으로 형성된 보완적인 상호 맞물림 고정장치를 갖는 플라스틱 밀폐부재(100)를 만들며, 다. 고정장치를 상호 맞물리게 하여 하우징(80)과 밀폐부재(100)를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, (가)의 단계에 사출성형시킨 플라스틱으로 하우징(80)과 제조하는 부(sub)단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 다음의 단계와 같이, 라. 하우징(80)과 밀폐부재(100)사이에 밀봉장치를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, (가),(나)의 단계에 하우징(80)의 내벽위에 원주둘레로 공간을 갖는 제1차 플렌지세트(102) 및 밀폐부재(100)위에 원주둘레로 공간을 갖는 제2차 플렌지세트(206)를 형성하는 부 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, (다)의 단계에 제2차 플렌지세트(201)사이로 제1차 플렌지(102)를 삽입하고, 하우징(80)과 밀폐부재(100)가 맞물리도록 하우징(80)을 회전시키는 부단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  20. 다음의 단계와 같이, 가. 개구단(84) 및 밀폐단(82)을 갖는 플라스틱하우징(80)을 만들고, 나. 플라스틱 밀폐부재(100)를 만들며, 다. 하우징(80)의 개구단(84)을 밀폐부재(100)에 접촉시키고, 라. 밀폐부재(100)를 하우징(80)위에 회전용접시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, (나)의 단계에 밀폐부재(100)안으로 나사구멍(102)을 만드는 부단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, (나)의 단계에 나사로 된 금속성 삽입물(130)을 만들고, 그 위에 밀폐부재(100)를 사출성형하여 만드는 부 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체필터의 제조방법.
