Claims (18)

  1. (1) 적어도 90중량%의 알킬렌 글리콜 또는 두가지 이상의 알킬렌 글리콜의 혼합물과 (2) (a) 0.02 내지 4중량부의 아졸, (b) 0.05 내지 3중량부의 몰리브데이트 염 및 (c) 0 내지 3중량부의 인산을 포함하는 부식 억제량의 부식제를 포함하는 냉각제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬렌 글리콜이 프로필렌 글리콜이거나 적어도 30중량%의 프로필렌 글리콜과 0.1 내지 70중량%의 에틸렌 글리콜인 혼합물인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 5중량% 이하의 물을 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 1중량% 이하의 물을 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알킬렌 글리콜이 프로필렌 글리콜 만으로 이루어진 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 아졸이 트리아졸인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 트리아졸이 톨일트리아졸, 벤조 트리아졸 및 이의 혼합물인 조성물.
  8. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 아졸이 토일트리아졸인 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 아졸이 머캅토벤조티아졸인 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 몰리브데이트 염이 알칼리 금속 몰리브데이트인 조성물.
  11. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 몰리브데이트 염이 나트륨 몰리브데이트인 조성물.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, (a) 톨일트리아졸, (b) 나트륨 몰리브데이트 및 (c) 인산이 각기 조성물의 (a) 이 0.25중량%, (b) 0.15중량% 및 (c) 0.075중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  13. 105℃이상의 냉각제 작동온도에서 대략 주위 환경의 주위압력에 노출된 냉각제를 엔진의 냉각 쟈켓을 통해 순환시킴으로써 내부 연소 엔진의 작동시 발생되는 열을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 냉각제로서 냉각제와 접촉하는 구조물의 재료에 대해 부식성이 낮은, 제1항의 냉각제 조성물인 액체조성물을 사용함을 개선점으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 알킬렌 글리콜이 필수적으로 프로필렌 글리콜 또는 적어도 30중량%의 프로필렌 글리콜과 0.1 내지 70중량%의 에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 냉각제 조성물이 5중량% 이하의 물을 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 냉각제 조성물이 1중량% 이하의 물을 함유하고, 알킬렌 글리콜이 프로필렌 글리콜만으로 이루어진 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, (a) 아졸이 톨일 트리아졸이고 (b) 몰리브데이트가 나트륨 몰리브데이트인 방법.
  17. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 (a) 아졸이 0.25중량%로 존재하는 톨일트리아졸이고, (b) 몰리브데이트가 0.15중량%로 존재하는 나트륨, 몰리브데이트이며, (c) 인산이 0.075중량%로 존재하는 방법.
  18. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 냉각제 작동온도가 통상적으로 110° 내지 140℃의 범위인 방법.
