Claims (8)

  1. 폴리 카보네이트 소중합체와 페놀화합물를 가성알칼리 존재하에 반응시켜 폴리 카보네이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1반응 지역에서 가성 알칼리와 페놀화합물을, 알칼리와 페놀화합물중의 수산기의 당량비(알칼리 : 수산기)가 0.9 : 1-1.8 : 1로 되도록 도입하여 중합반응시켜, 점도 평균 분자량이 3,000-15,000인 폴리카보네이트를 제조한다음, 제1반응지역에서 제조한 폴리카보네이트를 함유한 반응혼합물을 제2반응 지역에 도입함과 동시에, 가성알칼리를 보충하여, 그 제2반응지역에 있어서의 가성 알칼리 농도를 0.05-0.7N로 조절하여 중합반응을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 지역에서의 중합반응을 실시한후, 동일 반응지역에서 가성알칼리를 보충하여, 가성알칼리 농도를 0.05-0.7N로 조절하여 중합반응을 실시하는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 지역과 제2반응지역에 있어서의 중합반응이 서로 다른 반응기에서 실시되는 폴리카로네이트 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 지역과 제2반응 지역에 있어서의 중합반응이 용매의 존재하에 실시되는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 지역 또는 제2반응 지역에 있어서의 중합반응이, 선형혼합기, 오리피슨 믹서, 정적 혼합기 및 교반조에서 선택된 반응기내에서 실시되는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 지역에 있어서의 중합반응 이 반응온도 10-50℃에서 실시되는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2반응 지역에 있어서의 중합반응이 반응온도 10-50℃에서 실시되는 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 소중합체의 수평균 분자량이 300-2,500인 폴리카보네이트 제조방법.
