Claims (12)
- 각각 전자적으로 제어되는 압력조절채널이 차량운전자에 의하여 설정된 제동요구레벨을 나타내는 공통의 전기적인 신호에 따라서 각 바퀴에 대해 각각 제동압력을 설정하기 위하여 차량의 차축양단의 각 바퀴에 제공되고, 각 채널이 압력제어기를 포함하는 압력제어루우프, 압력제어밸브의 유입 및 배출기능의 솔레노이드제어에 의하여 브레이크의 작동 및 해제를 위해 탱크로부터 브레이크작동기로의 유체공급을 조절하는 압력제어밸브와, 압력제어밸브의 압력을 나타내는 신호를 공급하는 피이드백 변환기로 구성되는 차량용의 전자제동 장치에 있어서, 두 피이드백 변환기에 의하여 제공된 신호에서 고장유무를 검출하기 위한 각 고정모니터링 수단과, 피이드백신호 고장이 상기 두 채널중의 하나에서 검출되는 경우에 이 채널의 각 압력제어가 사용불능이고 이 채널의 압력제어밸브의 솔레노이드제어의 유입 및 배출기능이 고장피이드백변환기로부터의 출력신호에 응답하지 않는 다른 제어기구로부터 작동될 수 있도록 상기 모니터링수단에 응답하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 두 제어루우프의 압력제어밸브에서 제어압력을 나타내는 신호를 공급하는 피이드백변환기가 각각 압력변환기로 구성되고, 그 출력이 압력변환기의 가능성 작동의 한계치에 이르지 않는 제한된 신호 대역내에서 작동토록 제한되므로서 상기 감지기내에 고장이 있는 경우에만 입력될 수 있는 변환기의 정상작동 대역을 벗어난 두개의 작은 극한 신호대역이 존재하며, 극한 대역에 대한 변환기 출력신호의 어떠한 이탈을 인식하여 고장변환기를 포함하는 루우프의 사용불능을 트리거시키고 고장피이드백변환기로부터의 출력신호에 응답하지 않는 상기 다른 제어기구에 의하여 상기 루우프에서 압력제어밸브의 유입 및 배출기능이 달성될 수 있도록 작동되게 구성된 각 고장모니터링수단에 의하여 검출되는 고장신호를 발생할 수 있게 된 선택검출장치가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고장상태가 두 채널중의 한 채널의 피이드백신흥에 검출되고 이 채널의 개별적인 압력제어가 사용불능인 경우에, 상기 채널에서 압력제어밸브의 솔레노이드제어형 유입 및 배출기능이 반대축 바퀴의 다른 압력제어루우프에서 발생하는 해당신호로부터 작용됨을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 3 항에 있어서, 브레이크해제상태하에서 교차하는 솔레노이드신호를 수신하는 고장채널이 제로압력으로 복귀되도록 길고, 부가적이며 반영구적인 압력감소신호를 수신토록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 1-4 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 제어채널의 고장상태를 검출하기 위하여 차축의 두 제어채널에 대한 입력신호가 비앤티록 상태하에서 연속적을 비교되고 차등입력레벨이 검출되어 짧은 변화 이외에 이들이 차축의 제동제어채널중 하나의 고장작동을 나타내는 신호를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 1-5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 바퀴에서 제동손실 또는 과잉제동원인이 될수 있는 고장상태하에서 심각한 브레이크불균형을 피하기 위하여, 연결파이프(52)가 차축양단의 두 바퀴에 관련된 각 브레이크회로의 압력제어밸브(40)를 연결하므로서 압력불균형을 감소시키는 방향으로 정확한 기능의 채널이 고장채널에 영향을 주도록 압력제어밸브(40)가 영향을 받음을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 차축의 바퀴사이에 제동입력차이가 나지 않도록 설치된 연결파이프가 압력제어밸브 고장이 제동제어채널의 하나에 고장이 있을때에 제동입력에 검출가능한 차이를 발생하는 특정 제한을 제공토록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 1-7 항에 있어서, 차량출발시 제동펄스를 지동인가하기 위한 제어구단이 구성되어 있고, 차량이 움직이지 않거나 운전자에 의하여 제동이 요구되지 않는 경우에, 이러한 펄스의 발생직전에 압력 조절채널을 위한 제동에너지탱크가 적절히 충전되었는가 하는것과 제동요구펄스의 과정중과 그 후에 압력제어밸브의 유입 및 배출작동이 모니터되어 각 바퀴제어채널에서 압력상승과 하강이 시간에 대하여 측정되고 사전에 기억된 기준응답 모델과 비교될수 있는가하는 것이 시험되며, 비교시에 큰 차이를 보이면 고장상태임을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 7 항에 종속할 때에 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 연결파이프가 사용될 때에 이 연결파이프가 브레이크 펄스시험중에 그리고 이러한 상태가 설정될 수 있도록 폐쇄되어야하며, 브레이크펄스시험이 두 채널사이에서 시간에 대하여 스태그되어 측정된 압력차이가 두 채널이 정확히 격리됨을 보임을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 8 또는 9 항에 있어서, 각 제어채널의 브레이크 압력상승과 하강이 기억되고 제어컴퓨터가 압력제어밸브솔레노이드의 작동시간펄스 또는 작동시간으로부터의 압력변화를 예상하는 내부모델을 형성하며, 그 값이 국부피이드백변환기에 의하여 각 채널에서 측정된 실제압력변화와 비교되고 예상 및 실제압력변화의 차이가 채널 고장상태를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위10항에 있어서, 밸브응답이 컴퓨터모델이 입력밸브의 개방시간과 배출밸브의 해제시간을 적분하여 다음 개방시의 압력 변화△P와 총 압력을 모델입력의 적분을 통하여 예상할수 있도록 짧은 펄스 또는 고압에서의 압력상승 또는 저압에서의 압력하강으로부터 감소된 압력 변화를 허용하고, 실제압력이 예상압력과 일치하지 않는 경우에 고장상태의 신호를 발생함을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 청구범위 1-11항의 어느한항에 있어서, 압력제어밸브가 솔레노이드 제어형 중계밸브임을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
