Claims (15)

  1. 세제등의 조성물이 충전되고 분배될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 구멍을 갖는 중공체로 구성되어 세탁기내에 세제등의 조성물을 분배하는 장치에 있어서, 중공체 (1,32,33)는 세탁기의 드럼내에서 세탁액이 적재된 직물에 의해 변형 가능하며 변형력이 제거되면 원래의 형상으로 복원가능한 탄성벽(2,32,33)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기내에 세제등의조성물을 분배하기위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중공체에 단일 충전 및 분배구멍(4,21)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에있어서, 탄성벽(2)은 적어도 부분적으로 볼록하며, 이 볼록한 부위에 구멍(4)이 위치하고, 상기 구멍내에 평면형 강성 삽입부재(7)가 배치되며, 상기 삽입부재는 충전 및 분배구를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 구명(11,12,13)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  4. 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 삽입부재(7)는 중공체(1)로 연장하여 중공체와 삽입부재와의 사이에 환형 갭(14)을 형성하고 다수의 구멍(11,12,13)들을 가지며, 이 구멍들중의 적어도 일부(13)는 상기 환형캡(14)과 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성벽(2,32,33)에 조성물이 분배될 수 있는 하나 이상의 슬리트(16,19,31,34)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  6. 제6항에 있어서, 중공체(1)는 슬리트(16,19)들이 다수의 패널(20,22)을 결정하는 구면부분을 가지며, 이패널들은 중공체내로 내향 연장하는 제1위치에서 그들 사이에 충전구(21,4)를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 패널(20)들은 그들이 결합하는 제2위치에서 중공체(1)의 상기 구면부분의 적어도 일부를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 충전구(21,4)가 중공체의 요각부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  9. 제9항에 있어서, 요각부(22)가 중공체의 구면부분에 있는 다수의 아치형 슬리트(16)에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  10. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 충전구(4)와 연통하는 일단부를 가지며 중공체 (1)의 내부와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 구멍(24,28)을 갖느 관형중심 코어부재(23, 26)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분재장치.
  11. 제11항에 있어서, 코어부재(26)는 강성이며, 이 코어부재의 일단부는 충전구 (4)에 있고 대향단부(27)는 중공체(1)의 제2요각부(29)에 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 중공체(1)는 관형중심코어부재(26)에 의해 함께 연결되는 상하 탄성벽부(32,33)의해 형성되고, 코어부재(26)는 상벽부(32)에 있는 충전구(4)와 연통하는 개방단부와 중공체의 내부와 연통하는 적어도 하나의구멍(28)을 가지며, 상하벽부의 접합부분(34)은 중공체내에 단일 연속 슬리트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  13. 제13항에있어서, 상벽부(32)는 코어부재(26)의 개방단부(4)와 연결되어 깔때기부를 형성하는 충전위치로 구부러질 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
  14. 세탁사이클을 개시하기 전에 소정량의 세제등의 조성물을 수용한 분배장치와 처리할 작물을 세탁기 드럼내에 함께 적재하고 세탁액중에서 직물과 분배장치를 함께 텀블링 시키는 것으로 구성되는 세탁기 드럼내의 직물을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 분배장치는 드럼이 회전함에 따라 분배장치 위로 텀블링하는 직물에 의해 반복적으로 변형되는 탄성벽을 가지며, 상기 벽의 변형에 의해 분배장치내에 조성물이 세탁액내로 펌프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기드럼내의 직물처리방법.
  15. 일정량의 세제조성물이 내장된 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 14항 기재의 분배장치.
