Claims (12)

  1. 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 포함하는 필라멘트 웹을 집적하고, 필라멘트를 접합시켜 부직물질을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 부직물질의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 웹중의 적어도 약 20%(총 중량기준)의 필라멘트가 델타 “” 또는 다이아몬드 단면 형상을 지니는 폴리올레핀 필라멘트이며, 초기 방사 데니어가 약 24dpf를 초과하지 않으며, 최종 연신 데니어가 약 1dpf인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 필라멘트가 약 24-6dpf의 초기 방사 데니어와 약 1.9dpf의 최종 연신 데니어를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 필라멘트가 약 4dpf를 초과하지 않는 초기 방사 데니어와 약 1dpf의 최종 연신 데니어를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 필라멘트가 약 6dpf를 초과하지 않는 초기방사 데니어를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 필라멘트가 약 2.0-4.0dpf의 초기 방사 데니어와 약 2.5dpf 이상의 최종 연신 데니어를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 필라멘트가 약 2.5dpf 이상의 최종 연신 데니어를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직물질의 혼합된 델타 및 구형 단면 형상을 갖는 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직물질이 혼합된 델타 및 다이아몬드 단면 형상을 갖는 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직물질의 50%는 혼합된 델타 또는 다이아몬드 단면 형상을 갖는 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 포함하며, 나머지 필라멘트는 구형 단면 형상을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 필라멘트의 길이가 약 2.5 -7.6cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부직물질이 다이아몬드 단면 형상을 갖는 2.5cm 길이의 폴리올레핀 필라멘트와 3.8-5cm 길이의 구형 단면 필라멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물질의 제조방법.
  12. 웹중의 적어도 약 25%(총 중량 기준)의 필라멘트가 델타 "" 또는 다이아몬드 단면 형상을 지니는 폴리올레핀 필라멘트이며, 초기 방사 데니어가 약 24dpf를 초과하지 않으며, 최종 연신 데니어가 약 1dpf인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조한 폴리올레핀 함유 부직물질.
