제2도는 본 발명의 추출 증류에 의한 지르코늄 - 하프늄의 분리방법 개략적 설명도.

Claims (3)

  1. 지르코늄 - 하프늄의 분리방법에 있어서, 사염화 지르코늄 및 하프늄의 혼합물을 추출 증류 탑에 도입하는 단계 : 기본적으로 염화 리튬 및 적어도 하나의 염화 나트륨, 칼륨, 마그네슘 및 칼슘으로 구성된 용융염 용매를 사용하여 액체상을 제공하기 위해 탑을 통하여 용융염 용매를 회전시키는 단계 : 용융염 용매로부터 지르코늄으로 전기화학적으로 환원시킴으로써 증류탑의 하부로부터 취한 염화 지르코늄을 스트리핑하는 단계 : 및 염화 하프늄 - 지르코늄을 탑의 상부로 회전되어 돌아온 상기 스트립된 용융염 용매로 첨가하기 위하여 탑의 상부에서 가압 환류 응축기를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄 - 하프늄 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매를 필수적으로 염화 리튬, 염화 나트륨 및 염화 마그네슘으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄 - 하프늄 분리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 처음의 열스트리핑되고 그 후 전해적으로 스트리핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄 - 하프늄 분리방법.
