건재용 결정화 유리의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 본 발명의 결정화 유리에 대한 X-선 회절분석도 이며,
제 2도는 본 발명의 결정화 유리에 대한 표면 결정구조를 나타내는 전자현미경 사진(×5000)이고,
제 3도는 본 발명의 결정화 유리에 대한 결정구조를 나타내는 편광현미경 사진(×40)이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중량%로서 SiO255-68%, Al2O35-10%, CaO 3-8%, MgO 8-13%, Na2O 4-8%, Li2O 0-2%, K2O 0-3%, TiO20.2-3%, ZnO 1-10%, B2O30-5%, P2O50.2-5%, F 0.2-2%의 조성을 갖는 유리조성물을 용융하고 이 용융유리를 롤-아웃트(Roll-out)방법 등으로 판상체로 성형한후 뮬라이트(Mullite)내화물 주형에 넣어 실온에서 950-1050℃까지 50-120℃/시간으로 승온하고 최종온도에서 1-5시간 유지시킨 다음, 서서히 냉각시켜 유리 내부에 투휘석(Diopside)+클리노엔스테이타이트(Clinoenstatite)+F-에디나이트(F-Edenite)의 혼합 결정을 석출, 성장시킴을 특징으로 하는 건재용 결정화 유리의 제조방법.
