Claims (10)

  1. 50 내지 230℃의 온도범위 및 0 내지 10바아의 압력하에서 쌍극성의 반양성자성 무수용매 및 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민을 기준으로 0.1 내지 15배의 과잉 화학량론적 비율의 무수 유기염기 존재하에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 피롤로피롤을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 2차 아민과 1:1 또는, X2가 X1과 동일한 의미를 가질때, 1:2의 몰비율로 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 하기의 것들중에서 선택된기이고,
    R2은 하기의 것들 중에서 선택된 기이거나,
    또는 R1과 같은 의미를 가지며; R3및 R4는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C18알킬, 카르바모일, C2-C13알킬카르바모일, C3-C25디알킬카르바모일, 비치환 페닐 또는 벤질, 또는 각각 할로겐, C1-C12알콕시, 시아노 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이고, R5및 R6은 각각 서로 독립적으로 비치환되거나 또는-OH 또는 -SH로 치환된 C1-C18알킬, 할로겐-, C1-C12알킬-, C1-C12알콕시-, 시아노- 또는 니트로-치환된 페닐, 또는 벤질 또는 페닐에틸이거나, 또는 -NR5R6은 피롤리딘일, 피페리딜, 피롤릴, 트리아졸릴, 이미다졸릴, 피라졸릴, 피페라진일, 모르폴린일 및 티오모르폴린일으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 5-원 또는 6-원 헤테로시클릭 라디칼이며, R7및 R8은 각각 서로 독립해서 수소, 할로겐, C1-C12알킬, C1-C12알콕시 또는 시아노이고, X1은 하기의 것들 중에서 선택된 기이며,
    X2는 하기의 것들중에서 선택된 기이거나,
    또는 X1과 동일한 의미를 가지고, Hal은 염소, 브롬, 요오드 또는 불소이고, 또 Y는 수소 또는 알칼리금속임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 100 내지 200℃의 온도범위 및 1 내지 3바아의 압력하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 피롤로피롤을 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 2차 아민과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 제1항에 따라 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은의 기이고, R2는의 기이거나, 또는 R1의 의미를 가지며, 이때 R5및 R6은 동일하고 C1-C12알킬, 2-히드록시에틸, 2-메르캅토에틸, 시클로헥실, 벤질 또는 페닐에틸이거나 또는 -NR5R6이 피롤리딘일, 피페리딘일, 모르폴린일 또는 티오모르폴린일이며, 또 R7및 R8은 서로 독립해서 수소, 염소, 브롬, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시이고, X1은의 기이며, X2는의 기이거나, 또는 X1과 동일한 의미를 가지며, 또 Hal은 염소 또는 브롬임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅳ)중의 R1과 R2및 일반식(Ⅴ)중의 X1과 X2가 동일하고, 일반식(Ⅵ)중의 R5및 R6이 C1-C4알킬, 2-히드록시에틸, 2-메르캅토에틸이거나 또는 -NR5R6이 피롤리딘일, 피페리딘일, 모르폴린일 또는 티오모르폴린일이며, R7및 R8이 수소이고, 또 Hal은 염소 또는 브롬이며, 또 반응이 150°내지 200℃의 온도범위내에서 실행되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일하고 또
    으로 부터 선정된 기인 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민의 과량이 염기로 사용된 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 카르복사미드, 락탐, 우레아 유도체, 술폰 및 니트로벤젠으로 구성된 군에서 선정된 쌍극성의 반양성자성 용매인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸 포름아미드, 디메틸 아세트아미드, N-메틸피롤리돈, N,N'-디메틸에틸렌우레아 및 N,N'-디메틸프로필렌우레아로 구성된 군에서 선정된 쌍극성의 반양성자성 용매인 방법.
  8. 적어도 1개의 전도성 물질, 광전도성 층 및 포함층을 포함하고, 이들 층의 적어도 하나가 제1항 에서 정의된 바와같은 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 함유하는 전자사진 광수용체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 광전도성 층이 젱2항에서 정의된 바와같은 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 함유하는 전자사진 광수용체.
  10. 제1항에서 정의된 바와같은 이란식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 유기 결하제와 함께 또는 진공하에서 증착에 의하여 전도성 물질에 도포하고 또 이어 방향족 질소함유 화합물을 함유하는 제2층을 도포하는 것을 포함하는 전자사진 광수용체의 제조방법.
