제1B도는 중앙 종축의 한쪽이 다른쪽보다 훨씬 더 두드러지게 횡방향으로 볼록하고 전개할 수 없는 형상을 갖는, 본 명세서에서는 유리판 B로 칭하는,다른 박판 유리판 형태의 사시도.
제2도는 소그룹으로 세분된 상부 그룹의 프레싱 수단과 하부 그룹의 프레싱수단을 갖는 장치의 일실시예의 정면 다이아그램.

Claims (13)

  1. 프레싱 롤러들의 적어도 하나의 그룹을 지지하는 가동 장치를 갖고, 프레싱에 의해, 박판 유리판을 조립하는 장치에 있어서, 프레싱 롤러들의 그룹은 프레싱 롤러들의 적어도 두개의 소그룹으로 세분되어 있고, 소그룹들은 다른 비임들의 위치에 관하여 위치가 변경되고 조절될 수 있는 비임상에 각기 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모든 비임들은 서로 관절 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 외부 비임은 가동 장치에 속하는 프레임에 관하여 관절 연결 방식으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 비임이 소그룹으로 세분된 프레싱 롤러들의 그룹에 따라 상기 가동 장치에 속하는 크로스 바아에 의해 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프레싱 롤러들의 첫번째 그룹과 동일한 갯수의 소그룹들로 세분된 프레싱 롤러들의 두번째 그룹을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 각가의 그룹은 세개의 소그룹으로 세분되고, 각가의 소그룹은 비임에 의해 지지되고, 세개의 비임은 서로 관절 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 두개의 상부 단부 비임은 두개의 하부 단부 비임과 일체식으로 되어 있고, 쌍으로, 기울어진 U형을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 중앙 비임들은 수직 활주 방식으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소그룹들로 세분된 프레싱 롤러들의 그룹은 하부 그룹이고, 상부 프레싱 수단들은 상부 롤러들의 작용하에 구부러진 가요성 롤러를 통합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부 프레싱 수단으로서 유리판의 기하학적 형태에 적합하게 만들어진 형태 지지체를 구비하고 있고, 소그룹들로 세분된 프레싱 롤러들의 그룹은 상부 그룹인 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  11. 제4항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비임들을 지지하는 크로스바아에 관한 비임들의 위치는 나사들의 도움으로 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비임들은 활주 시스템들상에 자체적으로 장착된 관절들에 관하여 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비임들의 위치 조절은 메모리에 유리판의 형태를 갖고 있는 오토메이션에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 유리판 조립 장치.
