제3도는 방직기 적용에 대해 적합한 방적사 가이드 장치의 부분 절단 정면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 양말과 편물작업용 특수기계들에서 선형모터(3)에 의해 작동되는 적어도 하나의 방적사 가이드 레버(1), 레버(1)에 의해 취해진 위치들을 감지하도록 제공된 감지장치(20)의 포함을 특징으로 하는 방직기용 레버형 방적사 가이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 선형모터(3)는 양극의 영구자서(8,9)에 의해 발생되는 자기장에서 코일(7)을 포함하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 코일(7)은 레버(1)의 아암(5)에 의해 운송되고, 영구자석(8,9)은 자성이 없는 재료로 형성된 장착 구조물(10)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 영구자석(8,9)은 레버(1)의 아암으로 지지되고, 코일(7)은 고정구조(10)로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  5. 제2항과 3항 또는 2항과 4항에 있어서, 레버(1)와 코일(7) 그리고 영구자석(8,9)이 놓여있는 평면은 대체로 수평인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적과 가이드 장치.
  6. 제2항과 3항 또는 제2항과 4항에 있어서, 코일(7)과 레버(1)가 이루는 평면은 부합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  7. 선행 청구범위에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 레버(1)는 박스형 구조물(30) 내부에 끼워지고, 상기 레버사이에 선형모터(3)의 자석(8,9)이 위치된 내부에 자성이 없는 장착 구조물(10)이 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 위치 감지장치(20)는 레버(1)에 고정된 부분(21)과 장착구조물에 장착된 판독부(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 레버(1)에 확보된 위치감지 장치(20)의 부분(21)은 두개의 영구 자석을 포함한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 위치 감지장치(20)는 홀(Hall) 감지기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 위치 감지장치(20)는 전위차계인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 위치 감지장치(20)는 위치 변환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적사 가이드 장치.
