제1도는 본 발명의 단일 포핏밸브 조립체를 사용하고 있는 비례밸브 조립체의 단면도이고,
제2도는 단일 포핏밸브 조립체의 확대단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 한쪽 끝에 트인구멍(56)을 포함하고 있는 고리모양 지지체(52)와, 이 지지체(52)에 의해 지지되고 탄성부재(60)에 의해 가압되는 포핏(70)으로 구성되어 있는 포핏밸브 조립체(50)에 있어서, 포핏(70)은 한쪽끝(55)의트인구멍(56)을 통하여 길이 방향으로 또한 미끄럼운동 가능하게 그리고 상기 고리모양 지지체(52)안의 내부공동(59)안으로 뻗어 있고, 또한 포핏(70)은 한쪽 끝에 위치된 접촉부(76)로부터 판배편에 배치된 다른 한쪽 끝에 포핏머리(72)를 포함하고 있으며, 탄성부재(60)는 공도(59)안에 위치된 공동어깨(57)와 상기 포핏머리(72)와의 사이에 뻗어 있으며, 접촉부(76)은 한쪽끝(55)의 상기 트인구멍 (56)과 안접하여 배치된 상기 고리모양 지지체(52)의 지지체 어깨(53)와 맞물려 있으며, 그리고 적어도 하나의 측방향 지지체 신장부(58)가 고리모양 지지체(52)의 바깥표면으로부터 떨어져 뻗어 있고 또한 측방향 지지체 신장부(58)는 비례밸브구조(10)의 몸체(12)와의 간섭 맞물림을 위하여 위치결정되어 있으므로 포핏밸브 조립체(50)가 그것에 의하여 위치결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포핏(70)은 접촉부(76)와 포핏(70)의 몸체부분(74)을 통하여 뻗어 있는 중앙 관통구멍(78)을 포함하고 있으며, 그것에 의하여 유체가 중앙 관통구멍(78)을 통하여 내부공동(59)안으로 유입할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포핏(70)은 중앙 관통구멍(78)과 연이어 통해 있는 측방향 관통구멍(80)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포핏(70)은 포핏(70)의 몸체부분(74)보다 더 큰 직경을 가지고 있어서 그것들 사이에 상기 스프링(60)의 한쪽 끝(55)을 수납하고 있는 어깨(77)를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 따른 포핏밸브 조립체를 포함하고 있는 비례밸브 조립체(10)에 있어서, 포핏밸브 조립체(50)는 비례밸브 구조(10)의 몸체(12)의 유입구(13)안에 위치결정되어 있고 또한 몸체(12)와 맞물리는 신장부(58)에 의하여 적소에 유지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 시일(34)이 상기 비례밸브 구조(10)안에 배치될 차동 피스톤(30)의 한쪽 끝(38)의 둘레에 위치되어 있고 또한 고리모양 지지체(52)에 의하여 적소에 유지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례밸브 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
