Claims (10)

  1. (A)(1) 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 1.2-에폭시 그룹 및 분자당 평균 0 내지 30개의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지 및 (2)(a) 하나 이상의 디알칸올아민 및 (b) 하나 이상의 모노알칸올아민(여기에서, 성분 (a) 및 (b)를 혼합물로서 가하거나, 성분(a)를 먼저 가한후 연속적으로 가한다)의 반응 생성물과 : (B) 하나 이상의 포화 또는 에틸렌계 불포화 디카복실산 무수물과의 반응 생성물[여기에서, 각 성분들을 (i) 성분(A-2-a)의 몰 : 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.55:1 내지 0.95:1이고 : (ii) 성분(A-2-b)의 몰 : 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.55:1 내지 0.45이며 : (iii) 성분(A-2-a) 및 (A-2-b)의 합한몰 : 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.91:1 내지 1.45:1이고 : (iv) 성분(B) : 성분(A-2-b)의 몰비는 0.75:1 내지 1:1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용한다)을 반응시켜 제조한 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지(curable omide modified epoxg resin).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (i) 성분(A-1)은 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 및 또는 이의 할로겐화 또는 알킬환 치환된 유도체이고 : (ii) 성분(B)는 불포화 디카복실산 무수물인 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, (i) 성분(A-1)은 분자당 평균 4 내지 약 20개의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하고 : (ii) 성분(A-2-a)는 디에탄올아민이며 : (iii) 성분(A-2-b)는 모노에탄올아민이고 : (iv) 성분(B)는 말레산 무수물인 경화기능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지.
  4. (I)(A)(1) 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 1.2-에폭시 그룹 및 분자당 평균 0 내지 30개의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 에폭시 수지 및 (2)(a) 디알칸올아민 및 (b) 모노알칸올아민(여기에서, 성분 (a) 및 (b)를 혼합물로서 가하거나, 성분(a)를 먼저 가하고, 연속적으로 가한다)의 반응 생성물 및 (B) 불포화 디카복실산 무수물의 반응 생성물을 (III) 중합가능 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 또는 단량체의 혼합물[여기에서, (i) 성분(I-A-2-a)의 몰 : 성분(I-A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.5:1 내지 0.95:1이고 : (ii) 성분(I-A-2-b)의 몰 : 성분(I-A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.05:1 내지 0.5:1이며 : (iii) 성분(I-A-2-a) 및 (I-A-2-b)의 혼합물 : 성분(I-A-1)에 함유된 에폭시 당량의 비는 0.9:1 내지 1.5:1이고 : (iv) 성분(I-B) : 성분(I-A-2-b)의 몰비는 0.75:1 내지 1.25:1이며 : (V) 성분(II)는 성분(I) 및 (II)의 총량을 기준하여 5 내지 75중량%의 양으로 존재한다]과 중합시켜 제조한 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, (i) 성분(I-A-1)은 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 및 또는 이의 할로겐화 또는 알킬환 치환된 유도체이고 : (ii) 성분 (II)는 성분(I) 및 (II)의 총량을 기준하여 약 15 내지 약 30중량%의 양으로 존재하는 비닐 치환된 방향족 화합물, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 또는 하이드록실 또는 하이드록시알킬 에스테르, 아크릴산 h는 메타크릴산 또는 이의 혼합물인 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (i) 성분(A-1)은 분자당 평균 4 내지 약 20개의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하고 : (ii) 성분 (I-A-2-a)는 디에탄올아민이며 : (iii) 성분(I-A-2-b)는 모노에탄올아민이고 : (iv) 성분(I-B)는 말레산 무수물이며 : (V) 성분 (II)는 스티랜 하나 이상의 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산 및 하나 이상의 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 하이드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트의 혼합물인 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 경화가능 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지를 염기로 중화시켜 생성된 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 염기가 아민, 또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 아미드 개질된 에폭시 수지 및 이의 경화제를 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 경화제가 헥사메톡시메틸멜라민인 코팅 조성물.
