Claims (1)
- 액튜에이터 하우징내에 실린더와 로드통공을 형성하여 이들에 피스톤과 피스톤로드를 접동이 가능하게 수용함과 동시에 상기 피스톤위치를 검출이 가능한 스트로우크센서를 마련한 유체압 액튜에이터에 있어서, 상기 통공에 면하여서 피스톤 또는 피스톤위치를 검출이 가능한 위치스위치를 마련, 이 스위치를 개재하여, 상기 센서를 보상시킴과 동시에, 상기 피스톤을 소정위치에서 저지가 가능하게한 것을 특징으로한 유체압 액튜에이터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
