Claims (10)

  1. 하기 단계(a)-(e)포함하는, 사차 암모늄염의 접착코우팅을 갖는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 입자의 제조방법. (a) 상기 발포상 스티렌 중합체 입자를 밀폐된 혼합기내에 도입하고; (b) 방향족 성분이 있거나 없는 정상 또는 환상 지족 탄소수소 또는 이들의 혼합물내에 긴 사슬 지방산의 글리세릴 에스테르와 상기 사차 암모늄의 오르가노졸을 제조하고, (c) 상기 오르가노졸을 상기 발포성 스티렌 중합체 입자에 혼합하면서 첨가하고; (d) 상기 혼합기 내의 압력을 감소시킴으로써 상기 지방족 탄화수소를 제거하고; (e) 상기 사차 암모늄염으로 코우팅된 상기 발포성 스티렌 중합체 입자를 분리한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오르가노졸을 기준으로 2내지 40중량%의 사차 암모늄과 약 10 내지 약 20중량%의 글리세린의 모노-디-및 트리-지방산에스테르의 혼합물을 함유하고, 나머지는 방향족 성분이 있거나 없는 정상 또는 환상 지방족 탄화수소 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노졸이 추가로 1000내지 4000ppm의 유동체를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유동체가 스테아르산 아연인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 유동체가 미세 실리카인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오르가노졸이 총오르가노졸을 기준으로 2 내지 40중량%의 사차 암모늄염과 10% 내지 약 20중량%의 글리세린의 모노-, 디-및 트리-스테아레이트의 혼합물을 함유하고 그의 나모지는 n-펜탄, 이소펜탄, 시클로펜탄 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사차 암모늄염이 메틸 트리카프릴릴 암모늄 클로라이드, 디코코 알킬 디메일 암모늄 클로라이드, 소야 디메틸 에틸 암모늄 에틸 술페이트, 코코 알킬 에틸 디메틸 암모늄 에틸 술페이트, 이소스테아르 아미도프로필 에틸 디메틸 암모늄 에틸 술페이트, 트리알킬알콕실화 암모늄염 및 디 알킬 비스알콕실화 암모늄염으로 구성된 군으로부터선택되는 방법.
  8. 하나 이상의 사차 암모늄염과 하나이상의 긴 사슬 지방산 글리세리드이 접착코오팅을 갖는 발포성 스티렌 중합체 입자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지방산 에스테르가 글리세린의 모노-, 디-, 및 트리 스테아레이트의 혼합물인 입자.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 사차 암모늄염이 제7항에서 기술한 바와 같은 입자.
