Claims (7)

  1. 대체로 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분(a)와 대체로 지방족 글리콜 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분(b) 사이의 축중합으로 제조된 방향족 폴리에스테르(A)와, 하기 일반식(1) 또는 (2) 로 나타낸 화합물을 조성물 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 30중량%인 (B)와, 하기 일반식(3)으로 나타낸 화합물을 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 30 중량%인 (C)로 이루어진 난연성 수지 조성물:
    여기에서 X는 할로겐원자를 나타내고, Y1과 Y2는 각각 히드록실기, 카르복실기, 글리시딜 에스테르기 및 글리시딜 에테르기들 가운데서 선택한 기이고, Z는 1가 또는 2가 유기기이고, n은 1이상의 정수이며,

    여기에서 L1과 L2는 서로 같거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 일반식(4) 내지 (7)로 나타낸 것들 가운데서 선택한 3 내지 8멤버의 환상 반응성기:
    R1내지 R3는 각각 2가 유기기인데, 환에 수소원자가 직접 결합되었을 경우에 알킬기 및/또는 아릴기로 치환될 수 있고, M은 2가 유기기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 나타낸 상기 화합물 (B)가 분자량 500 내지 5000 을 갖는 난연성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(2)로 나타낸 상기 화합물 (B)가 할로겐화 디올 및/또는 할로겐화 디카르복실산인 난연성 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 나타낸 화합물 (B)에서 할로겐 원자(X)가 브롬인 난연성 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량%의 안정제를 더 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에서 정의한 난연성 수지조성물로 이루어진 피복물질로 피복된 전선.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전선이 지전압용인 전선.
