고순도의 결정성 락툴로오스 및 이의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. a) 수용액중의 락툴로오스의 농도가 50 내지 80중량%이고, b) 락토오스의 농도가 락툴로오스 농도의 5중량%미만이며 ; c) 갈락토오스 농도가 락툴로오스 농도의 5중량%미만이고 ; d) 기타 탄수화물의 농도가 락툴로오스 농도의 4중량%미만인 특성을 지닌 수용액을 결정화함을 특징으로 하여 순도가 98%이상이며 락툴로오스 이외의 기타 탄수화물의 농도가 2%미만인 결정성 락툴로오스를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액중의 락툴로오스의 농도가 65 내지 70중량%이며, 락툴로오스 이외의 기타 탄수화물의 총 농도가 락툴로오스 농도의 6중량%를 초과하지 않는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 락툴로오스 농도가 낮은 수용액을 농축시켜 락툴로오스 농도가 50 내지 80%인 용액을 수득하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수용액이 알코올로부터 이전에 결정화된 락툴로오스를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 농축된 용액을 5내지 40℃의 온도에서 유지하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결정성 락툴로오스 종자(seed)를 농축된 용액에 가하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수득한 결정성 침전물을 결정성 락툴로오스가 건조 생성물로서 수득될 때까지 건조시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항에서 청구한 방법에 따라 수득한, 순도가 98내지 100%인 결정성 락툴로오스.
