Claims (10)
- 상승된 압력 및 온도에서, 수소첨가 분해된 유출액을 생성하는 촉매 A의 베드를 통해 수소와 공급원료를 접촉시킨 후, 촉매 B의 베드를 통해 수소화 상기 수소첨가 분해딘 유출액 적어도 일부를 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 것으로 이때, 촉매 A는 무정형 분해 성분, 원소 주기율표의 VIB족 및/또는 Ⅷ족의 적어도 하나의 금속 및 불소를 포함하고, 촉매 B는 포우저 사이트(faujasite)-형 제올라이트 및 원소 주기율표 VIB족 및/또는 Ⅷ족의 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하는 탄화수소성 공급원료를 보다 낮은 평균 비점을 갖는 생성물로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무정형 분해 성분이 알루미나인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 A가 몰리브덴 및/또는 텅스텐 및/또는 코발트 및/또는 니켈 및/또는 백금 및/또는 파라디움을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 A가 전체 촉매를 기준으로, 적어도 하나의 VIB족 금속 6-24중량%, 적어도 하나의 Ⅷ족 금속 1-16중량% 및 불소 0.5-1중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 A의 베드 내 효력있는 반응 조건이, 280-450℃, 수소(부분)압력 0.3-5kg/1.h 및 수소/공급원료비 100-3000Nl/kg인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 B에 불소가 포함된 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매 B가 불소 0.5-10중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 B의 포우저사이트-형 제올라이트가 제올라이트 Y인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 B가 하나이상의 니켈 및/또는 코발트 화합물 및 하나이상의 텅스텐 및/또는 몰리브덴 화합물, 및/또는 하나이상의 백금 및/또는 팔라디움 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 B의 베드에서 효력있는 반응조건이 280-450℃, 수소(부분)압력 25-200바아, 공간 속도 0.3-5kg/l.h, 및 가스/공급원료 비 100-300Nl/kg인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
