제 1도는 종래의 축차 비교형 아날로그-디지탈 변환기의 개략도. 제 2도는 종래의 반병렬 아날로그-디지탈변환기의 개략도. 제 3도는 본 발명에 따른 전병렬 축차비교형 아날로그-디지탈 변환기의 회로도.

Claims (1)

  1. 아날로그 입력신호를 디지털신호로 변화시키는 n비트 아날로그-디지탈변환기에 있어서, 아날로그 입력신호를 샘플링하는 샘플 앤드 홀드(21)와, 상기 샘플링신호를 인가하여 2개의 스텝으로 구분된 기준신호들과 일시에 비교하여 인코딩하므로서 대응하는 디지탈 신호인 상위의의 비트신호를 출력하는비트 전병렬 변환기(22)와, 상기 상위비트신호를 래치시키는 래치(23)와, 래치(23)의 출력신호를 인가하여 이에 대응하는 아날로그 신호로 변환시키는DAC(24)와, 상기비트 DAC(24)의 아날로그 신호와 샘플 앤드 홀드(21)의 샘플링신호를 감산하는 감산기(25)와, 상기 감산기(25)와 축차비교형 방식의비트 DAC(28)의 출력신호를 비교하는 비교기(26)와, 상기 비교신호를 인가하여 축차비교형 방식으로 하위의비트를 결정하게 변화시키는비트 축차 변화기(27)와, 상기 하위비트 신호를 인가하여 아날로그 신호를 변환시키는비트 DAC(28)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전병렬축차비교형 아날로그-디지탈 변환기.
