제1도는 본 발명에 관계하는 디스크 기록 재생장치의 한 실시예를 도시하는 블록회로 도면. 제2도는 상기 실시예에 있어서의 디스크 및 그 연주 에리어의 일부를 확대해서 도시하는 모식도면. 제3도는 엔보스 영역 및 데이타 기록 영역에 기록되는 데이타의 구성을 도시하는 도면.
Claims (8)
- 절대시간 정보가 미리 기록되며 적어도 각 곡에 대응하는 곡번호와 상기 절대시간 정보에 기준하는 개시 시각을 나타내는 제1의 정보의 기록 가능한 TOC부와 연주 정보 등의 제2의 정보의 기록 가능한 데이타 기록 영역이 설치되어 이루어지는 디스크를 쓰며 디스크 기록 재생장치에 상기 디스크를 장착했을 때, 상기 TOC부에 이미 기록되어 있는 상기 제1의 정보를 재생해서 디스크 기록 재생장치의 기억 소자에 옮겨 쓰는 수단과 상기 디스크로의 상기 제2의 정보 기록시에 상기 제1의 정보를 상기 기억 소자에 써 넣는 수단과 기록 종료후 상기 디스크를 꺼내기 이전에 상기 기억소자에 기억되어 있는 정보를 상기 디스크의 TOC부에 기록하는 수단을 갖추고 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록 재생 장치.
- 상기 제1의 정보는 또한 각 곡에 대응하는 상기 절대시간 정보에 기준하는 종료 시각의 정보를 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재인 디스크 기록 재생 장치.
- 상기 디스크로서의 상기 제2의 정보 기록시에 그 제2의 정보의 무음 부분이 제1의 소정시간을 초과한 것을 검출하는 검출 수단과 이 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과에 기준하여 상기 종료 시각의 정보를 상기 기억 소자에 써 넣은 종료 시각 써넣기 수단을 설치해서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제2항에 기재된 디스크 기록 재생 장치.
- 상기 종료 시각 써넣기 수단은 상기 검출 수단에 의한 검출 결과에 기준하여 상기 디스크 기록된 상기 제2의 정보의 무음부분의 개시 시각에 상기 제1의 소정 시간보다 짧은 제2의 소정시간을 가한 시각을 상기 무음부분 직전의 곡 종료 시각의 정보로서 상기 기억소자에 써 넣은 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제3항에 기재된 디스크 기록 재생장치.
- 절대 시간 정보가 미리 기록되며 적어도 각 곡에 대응하는 곡번호와 상기 절대시간 정보에 기준하는 개시 시각을 나타내는 제1의 정보의 기록 가능한 TOC부와 연주 정보 등의 제2의 정보의 기록 가능한 데이타 기록 영역이 설치되어 있는 디스크를 쓰며, 상기 디스크의 장착시에 상기 TOC부에 이미 기록되어 있는 상기 제1의 정보를 재생해서 기억 소자에 옮겨 쓰고, 상기 디스크로의 상기 제2의 정보 기록시에 상기 제1의 정보를 상기 기억 소자에 써 넣으며, 기록 종료후, 상기 디스크를 꺼내기 이전에 상기 기억 소자에 기억되고 있는 정보를 상기 디스크의 TOC부에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록 재생 방법.
- 상기 제1의 정보는 또한, 각 곡에 대응하는 상기 절대 시간 정보에 기준하는 종료 시각의 정보를 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제5항에 기재인 디스크 기록 재생 방법.
- 상기 디스크로의 상기 제2의 정보의 기록시에 그 제2의 정보의 무음부분이 제1의 소정 시간을 초과한 것을 검출하고 그 검출 결과에 기준하여 상기 종료 시각의 정보를 상기 기억 소자에 써 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제6항에 기재인 디스크 기록 재생 방법.
- 상기 디스크로의 상기 제2의 정보의 기록시에 그 제2의 정보의 무음부분이 제1의 소정 시간을 초과한 것을 검출하고 그 검출 결과에 기준하여 상기 디스크에 기록된 상기 제2의 정보의 무음부분의 개시 시각에 상기 제1의 소정 시간보다 짧은 제2의 소정시간을 가한 시각을 상기 무음부분 직전의 곡의 종료 시각의 정보로서 상기기억소자에 써 넣은 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제7항에 기재인 디스크기록 재생방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
