Claims (14)

  1. 병종류의 바깥 둘레에 밀착 피복된 열수축 튜브제의 라벨에 열풍을 분사시켜, 이 라벨을 용단함에 있어서, 상기 라벨에 대면하며, 또한 병종류의 축방향을 따라서 적층된 복수의 블록의 각 라벨 대향면과 라벨 표면과의 거리가 소정간격으로 되도록 각 블록의 전후위치를 조정하고 각 블록의 전후 위치를 조정하고, 각 블럭의 라벨대항면에서 열풍을 분출시킴으로써 이 라벨을 축방향 전체길이에 걸쳐서 용단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용단시에 라벨의 용단위치에 있어서의 축방향 끝부분에서 라벨과 병종류와의 사이에 압축 공기를 불러넣고 병종류와 라벨과의 밀착성을 경감시키도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 블럭의 라벨 대향면으로부터의 열풍분출은 각 블록의 라벨 대향면에 병종류의 축방향에 따라서 형성된 슬릿형상의 분출구에서 분촐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 블록의 라벨 대향면으로부터의 열풍 분출은 각 블록의 라벨 대향면에 병종류의 축방향을 따라서 형성된 복수의 작은 원형 구멍 또는 작은 타원형 구멍으로 이루어진 분출구에서 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분출시의 열풍온도를 150℃이상, 분출시의 열풍의 풍속을 300m/sec 내지 250m/sec, 각 블록의 라벨 대향면과 라벨 표면과의 거리를 0.5㎜ 내지 15㎜로 하여 용단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 슬릿 폭이 1㎜ 내지 2.0㎜임을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
  7. 병종류의 바깥둘레에 밀착피복된 열수축 튜브제의 라벨에 대면하며, 또한 병종류의 축방향을 따라서 적층된 복수의 블록을 가지고, 이 각 블록은 그 라벨 대향면과 라벨 표면과의 거리를 조정할 수 있도록 전후 위치조정이 자유롭게 설치되며, 또한 각 블록의 라벨 대향면에는 열풍을 라벨표면을 향해 분사하는 분출구가 개설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 블록은 노즐박스에 전후 위치조정이 자유롭게 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분출구는 병종류의 축방향을 따라서 슬롯형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분출구는 병종류의 축방향을 따라서 개설된 작은 원형 구멍 또는 작은 타원형 구멍으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각 블록은 노즐박스내에 설치된 스프링에 의해 병종류쪽에 가압되고 있으며, 각 블록은 노즐 박스에 설치된 체결수단에 의해, 스프링 힘에 대항하여 노즐박스에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 노즐박스내에 열풍 멈춤부 공간이 형성되어, 이 공간에 열풍이 공급되는 동시에 이 공간과 분출구가 연이어 통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 블롯의 윗쪽 및/또는 아래쪽에 라벨과 병종류간에 압축공기를 불어넣는 노즐이 설치 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단장치.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 슬릿폭이 0.1㎜ 내지 2.0㎜임을 특징으로 하는 열수축 라벨의 자동용단방법.
