Claims (6)

  1. 제 1 의 디지탈 신호 입력수단과, 제 2 의 디지탈 신호 입력수단과, 정전류 회로로 부터의 정전류를 전압으로 변환하는 전류-전압 변환수단과, 적분회로와, 상기 전류-전압 변환 회로와 적분 회로 사이에 설치되는 스위치형 캐패시터 회로와, 이 스위치형 캐패시터 회로의 개폐회수를 상기 제 1 의 디지탈 입력신호에 의해 제어하는 제 1 의 제어회로와, 상기 스위치형 캐패시터 회로의 개폐회수를 상기 제 2 의 디지탈 입력신호에 의해 제어하는 제 2 의 제어회로를 가지고, 상기 적분회로의 출력에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 의 디지탈 신호의 적에 비례하는 아나로그 신호를 얻도록한 D/A 콘버터.
  2. 상기 제 1 의 제어회로는 클럭펄스가 공급되는 제 1 의 카운터와, 이 카운터의 계수출력과 상기 제 1 의 디지탈 입력신호를 비교하는 제 1 의 비교기와, 이 비교기의 출력에 의해 상기 스위치형 캐패시터 회로의 개패회수를 제어하는 제 1 의 게이트 회로로 형성되는 상기 청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 D/A 콘버터.
  3. 상기 제 2 의 제어회로는 상기 클럭펄스의 분주출력이 그 클럭펄스로서 공급되는 제 2 의 카운터와, 이 카운터의 계수출력과 상기 제 2 의 디지탈 입력신호를 비교하는 제 2 의 비교기와, 이 제 2 의 비교기의 출력에 의해 상기 스위치형 캐패시터 회로의 개폐회수를 제어하는 제 2 의 게이트 회로로 되는 상기 청구범위 제 2 항 기재의 D/A 콘버터.
  4. 상기 제 1 의 디지탈 입력신호는 부동 소수점 처리회로의 가수부를 도시하는 상기 청구의 범위 제 3 항 기재의 D/A 콘버터.
  5. 상기 제 2 의 디지탈 입력신호는 부동 소수점 처리회로의 지수부를 도시하는 상기 청구의 범위 제 4 항 기재의 D/A 콘버터.
  6. 상기 정전류 회로의 전류치가 상기 제1의 디지탈 입력 신호의 디지탈치에 따라서 가변되는 상기 청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 D/A 콘버터.
