제3도는 제1도의 로딩장치의 송풍기 제어시스템을 나타내는 블록도.

Claims (6)

  1. 공급릴쪽으로 권취릴쪽으로 테이프상체(狀體)를 반송하는 테이프통로를 형성하는 수단과, 상기 공급릴이 소정 각도만큼 회전할 때 제어신호를 발생하는 상기 공급릴의 회전을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 공급릴로부터 공급된 테이프상체가 가압공기에 의해 상기 테이프 통로내로 반송되도록 가압공기를 상기 테이프통로내로 공급하는 송풍기수단과, 상기 제어신호에 응답하여 상기 송풍기수단의 동작을 개시하도록 상기 송풍기수단을 제어하기 위하여 상기 검출수단과 상기 송풍기수단을 접속하는 수단으로 이루어지는 공급릴로부터 권취릴로 테이프상체를 로딩하는 로딩장치.
  2. 제l항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 제2의 제어신호를 발생하도록 상기 테이프통로에 따라서 테이프전송의 완료를 검출하는 수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 송풍기수단은 상기 제2의 제어신호에 응답하여 그 동작을 정지하도록 작동되는 상기 로딩장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 제1의 타이머수단에 미리 설정된 소정 시간만큼 상기 제2의 제어신호의 발생을 지연시키도록 테이프전송의 완료를 검출하는 상기 수단에 접속된 제1의 타이머수단으로 이루어지는 상기 로딩장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 테이프전송의 완료를 검출하는 상기 수단은 상기 테이프통로의 출구 부근에 배치된 광검출기로 이루어지고, 상기 광검출기는 테이프상체가 그 사이로 반송되는 발광소자와 수광소자로 이루어지는 상기 로딩장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 공급릴의 회전기간을 검출하는 수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 회전기간 검출수단은 상기 회전기간이 소정 기간보다 짧을 때에는 상기 송풍기수단의 동작을 정지시키도록 작동하는 상기 로딩장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 또한 상기 공급릴의 회전이 소정 시간이상 계속되면 상기 송풍기수단의 동작을 정지 시키도록 작동하는 상기 회전기간 검출수단에 접속된 제2의 타이머수단으로 이루어지는 상기 로딩장치.
