제1도는 본 발명에 의한 분사밸브의 제1실시예를 도시하는 종단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 II-II선에 따라서 본 단면도.
제3도는 분사밸브의 제2실시예를 도시하는 부분 종단면도.
제4도는 분사밸브의 제3실시예를 도시하는 부분 종단면도.
제5도는 분사밸브의 제4실시예를 도시하는 부분 종단면도.
제6도는 제5도의 VI-VI선에 따라서 본 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 노즐체와, 저면직경으로 부터 원추형으로 가늘어지는 밸브시이트면과, 이 밸브시이트면에 이어지는 분사개구와, 밸브니이들을 구비하며, 상기 밸브니이들이 밸브시이트면과, 협동하는 시일부와, 이 시일부의 상류에 설치된 원통부와, 밸브니이들을 외주로써 가이드 구멍내에서 안내하기 위해 적어도 1개의 가이드부를가지고 있으며, 또 밸브니이들은 중앙개구를 갖춘 링형의 삽입체에 의해서 둘러싸여 있으며, 이 삽입체가 상류로 부터 하류도 연장하는 적어도 하나의 흐름구멍을 가지고 있는 형식의 내연기관의 연료분사 장치용 분사밸브에 있어서, 삽입체(43)가 시일주벽(44)에 의해서 시일되며, 밸브니이들(6)의 시일부(21)와 가이드부(30)사이에 배치되어 있으며, 또 밸브니이들(6)의 원통부(23)가 좁은 여유를 가지고 삽입체(43)의 중앙구멍(49)내에 돌입하여 있고 삽입체의 적어도 한개의 흐름구멍(50)이 밸브시이트면(17)에 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치용 분사밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체(43)는 밸브시이트면(17)에 향하는 저부(60)와, 밸브니이들(6)의 가이드부(30)에 향하는 링 가장자리(61)를 가지고 컵형으로 형성되어 있으며, 또 저부(60)에 중앙개구(49)와 적어도 한개의 흐름구멍(50)이 설치되어 있으며 또 링 가장자리(61)의 주벽(63)이 가이드구멍(16)내에 안내되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 링 가장자리(61)에 적어도 한개의 관통개구(65)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 삽입체(43)에 이 삽입체(43)를 밸브시이트면(17)에 향하는 방향에서 부하하는 스프링(55)이 작용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브시이트면(17)의 상류에 있어서, 가이드구멍(16)은 쇼울더(57)를 가지고 있으며 이 쇼율더(57)에 삽입체(43)의 링 가장 자리(61)가 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체(43)의 시일주벽(44)은 밸브시이트면(17)과 거의 같은 각도로 연장하고 있으며 또 이 밸브시이트면에 맞닿도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각 흐름구멍(50)이 소용돌이를 발생하기 위하여 가이드구멍(16)에 대하여 경사하여 연장하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각 흐름구멍(50)은 연료조량에 도움이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사밸브.
