Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 생성물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 생성물과 반응시키며, 화합물(Ⅲ)에 대한 화합물(Ⅱ)의 몰비율이 1.5이상임을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식중에서, R1은 탄화수소라디칼, 특히 알킬, 아릴 또는 시클로알킬을 나타내며, 이들 여러가지 라디칼은, 예를 들어, 할로겐원자 또는 페닐, 시아노, 알킬, 알콕시 또 카르복시알킬기에 의하여 임으로 치환될 수 있으며, R는 수소원자를 나타내거나 또는 R1에 대하여 주어진 의미중의 하나를 가지며, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기이고, R2및 R3는 OR2및 OR3가 가수분해될 수 있는 기이고, 바람직하게는 R2및 R3가 R1에서 언급된 것과 같은 치환기로 특히 임의로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아릴알킬라디칼이거나, 또는 달리, R2및 R3가 단일임의 치환된 2가 라디칼을 함께 형성하며, R4는 일반식 Ar(R5)(R6)c-(식중, Ar이 임의로 치환된 방향족기, 바람직하게는 페닐이고, R5및 R6가 수소원자 또는 라디칼 Ar 또는 바람직하게는 6이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기이다)의 라디칼을 나타내고, X는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드와 같은 할로겐원자를 나타내며, 바람직하게는 염소이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(Ⅲ)에 대한 화합물(Ⅱ)의 몰비가 1.8이상, 바람직하게는 1.9 내지 4임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응이 추가의 산수용체의 전적인 또는 거의 전적인 부재중에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R 및 R1이 1 내지 4의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬기, 바람직하게는 메틸임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2및 R3가 알킬, 페닐 또는 벤질기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 30 내지 150℃, 바람직하게는 40 내지 120℃ 범위내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 용매의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용매가 니트릴 또는 케톤 또는 에스테르 또는 할로겐화된 또는 비-할로겐화된 탄화수소 또는 비 양자성 극성 용매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 미반응 생성물을 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 재순환이 반응 매질에의 산성매질의 첨가, 분리 및 중화후의 유기상중으로의 통과에 의하여 성취됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
