Claims (5)
- 2변의 바이메탈의 변형 방향이 상호 역방향이 되도록 간격을 두고 마주보게 하는 동시에 그 간격보다 약간 큰 스트레처를 전기 2변 사이에 회동 자재하게 감합하는 것을 특징으로 한 속동형 열응동소자.
- 제1항에 있어서 스트레처를 도전재료로 한 속동형 열응동소자.
- 제1항에 있어서 스트레처를 비도전 재료로 한 속동형 열응동소자.
- 제1항에 있어서 스트레처를 탄성재료로 한 속동형 열응동소자.
